Great location with easy access to TTC and other modes of transportation. Excellent dining options and other services. Two things that were disappointing. One, there were no washcloths in the bathroom, only hand and bath towels. Two, there was no clothes storage (dresser) in the sleeping area. I had to keep my clothes in a cabinet in the kitchen area. These are small points, but inconvenient nonetheless.

At the time we were looking for stay in midtown, and all of rental suits at that area were more expensive that Avalon Suits. We are so grad that booked here. The area is stunning (we are big fans of Yorkville), suit was small cosy and nice.

I've stayed here numerous times. Price for value, it's the best in the area. The kitchenette is incredibly helpful for anyone that values being able to cook for one's self. The feedback I would give management is that the floors really need to be professionally cleaned between guests. It is often dusty, and in the bathroom the floors are greasy/ not as clean as they should be. The building is in decent shape but the waste disposal chute is glitchy. The garbage room in the basement is poorly maintained. These are probably, for most guests, relatively minor issues.

We were 4 adults staying in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. The price was on the higher end so we expected more space (it was smaller than what was reflected on the pictures). The bathrooms were not super clean, but they were fine. Everything else was okay. The view was fantastic and the staff were great. Parking is expensive.
