What a fantastic hotel! The W Verbier has an unbeatable location, situated directly across from the gondola with access to marvelous skiing. The service was excellent, and the staff was truly outstanding. We had the most amazing vacation and were thrilled to close out the ski resort for the 2026 season. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, with a gorgeous pool and spa that made the experience even more special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional ski getaway.

A convenient location for the cable cars. Probably a fun, buzzing hotel during the season but off-season it was quiet and Verbier was dead with most places closed. The summer season is concentrated in July and August only.

Truly the best ski hotel

Absolutely loved this hotel! We decided to stay here on seeing that it was rated the best ski hotel in the world and we were not disappointed! Everything is seamless, the staff is wonderfully accommodating, breakfast delicious and the location is second to none! Definitely go for the mountain-facing room, so much fun people watching! Cannot wait to return!

The background electro techno music is not warm and welcoming. The hotel is a Marriott owned hotel although the nicest one I have seen. My room was beautiful with stunning views (although a gondola ran by the window every few seconds) a comfortable bed and sumptuous soaking tub, shower etc. The location is central in Verbier and across from the Madran Iift. As you may know, nothing in Verbier is flat but this is as close as you can get. Breakfasts are huge so make sure you are hungry and also try the delicious healthy smoothies. Friendly staff in the spa and a lovely indoor outdoor swimming pool. A very nice stay.

Clean and uncomfortable

The "5 star" hotel is located in a premiere area of Verbier with good access to the lift but is not quite ski in ski out as advertised. The staff was friendly enough. The bed and bedding was good and clean. The breakfast was good but nothing exceptional for a 5 star hotel except for the juices. While some might consider the overly modern decor with in your face hot colors, blinding red and purple lights, blaring monotonous techno club music 24 hours a day in the lobby, and open room plans with see-through doors to the shower provided in the room as progress into the 22nd century, these same features will surely irk scare away the more mature non-honeymoon goer staying there simply to ski with one or more family members. So I would suggest a little less gaudiness in decor and a little more sensitivity to the individual clients needs and backgrounds. Let's say overall, a clean hotel with good location but way too pricey for its accommodations.
