Just a 5-minute drive to Long Jetty to enjoy cafes and The Entrance for a sport of shopping, restaurants, supermarket and of course gelato & pelican feeding.

For golf lovers, there is a golf course with amazing views at Shelly Beach.

Getting Around:
The property is located 1hr and 20 minutes from Sydney by car. You can easily access the property and the area by train and bus from Sydney as well. We recommend having a car in order to be independent and fully enjoy the area. Nevertheless, the beach and various cafes and restaurants are steps away.

BBQ: Due to the proximity to the ocean the BBQ is unable to be on the balcony as this would risk the unit rusting and it is located in the garage.

Security: The property has security cameras situated at both the front door of the house and back. These cameras are operating on a 24/7 basis.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
