Best place to stay

Gym has lots of equipment, pet friendly, pool and hottub was clean and ready, breakfast was great. Rooms are spacious and lots of amenities.

Our room was equiped with a refrigerator, microwave and even a dishwasher and dishes, glasses and silverware for 4. We had the ability to sleep 6. The front desk clerks were very friendly and remembered everyone from our party that stayed there!

We booked a ADA room. Very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was a different story. Not ADA...no grab bars in shower or bathroom. Could not get my power chair in bathroom. Much less take a shower which my husband had to help me. On the pleasant side of our stay...we enjoyed the hotel and appreciated the daily breakfast and the nice selection of items.

The friendly staff and hospitality was the best of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. Leo was so diligent making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was well run and plentiful. We were greeted and made to feel welcome and valued by every staff member we encountered. They truly were the best.

The room was large. Bed comfortable. We had dog hair on our suitcases when we left. Since we were on vacation we went down to breakfast around 8:00, every morning the breakfast items were very sparse, very little left. Had to ask if items could be restocked. Frustrating.

For a small town it is expensive though there are only a few hotels available and clearly the pricing was non competitive. However It was clean, the staff was very hospitable. The pool and gym were very nice and the Hotel was centrally located.

This is the most pleasant and accommodating stay we have ever experienced. Each and every one of the staff was not just friendly but warm and welcoming. The room was so clean and stocked well. They had a pool noodles at the pool. It was also very clean, organized and I loved that even though it was an indoor pool, they had chairs to lay on. The laundry room was also clean and so conveniently placed near the pool and elevators. I was able to use an app to pay instead of quarters. You can also use quarters but the app was so much more convenient as I didn’t have to check on the load bc the app told me how much time was left and then notified me when it was done. Breakfast was delicious and the staff kept everything clean and tidy and was so courteous to ask each person if they needed anything before they closed up. I felt like the staff had my back the whole stay and cared. Two in particular that went above and beyond to help us were Leo and Maurielle. When I had a reservation mix up with Expedia, Expedia never returned my emails and did nothing to understand or help me. Leo went above and beyond to correct a mistake that was not the hotels mistake and showed true compassion and understanding. I will appreciate him forever for the kindness he showed and for being a genuinely good human. Maurielles bright smile and warmth and willingness to help us with whatever we needed made us feel like actual guests and not like a transaction. Thank you for helping us make sweet memories.
