Hand held shower head broken, no stationary head. Requested handicapped bathroom, chair in shower was an outdoor plastic shower chair. There were plenty of bars to grab in the bathroom which was a plus. Beds were on metal bases, that were noisy when moving about, also on wheels which moved, not very safe. We were in an area that seems to be remodeled, which not bad for a 1 night stay. Upon check in the woman at desk looked like we were bothering her @ 8pm, not friendly. However upon check out the older woman who checked us out was very pleasant, smiling. I must say it was a quiet are, until a woman started yelling out profanities to someone in her room I guess. She did stop after complaints, not sure what happened to her.

I made a Reservation for a handicapped room. Upon checkin was told it was not available. The night clerk gave away. I find this very concering, that an employee gave the room away with no regard for my reservation & the needs of a guest. My spouse is a double amputee & it is a necessity to have a handicap room. Employees should have an inservice on sensitive to others needs. Another special bonus there was no hot water for showering. When calling the front desk there was no empathy for the situation. The continental breakfast was very sad. No hot water for a cup of tea, batter for waffle was thin, prepackaged cakes were unacceptable. The whole experience was terrible.

The first room that they gave us flooded in a matter of an hour. And the second room had a ton of mold on the ceiling, the paint was falling off the wall, there was a bunch of hair in the sheets and on both beds and there was a foul odor. When I called the front desk again, they told us that there wasn’t anything more they could do and that was the wrong answer.

Continental free breakfast was minimal at best. No bagels, danish, etc. Just plastic wrap energy bars and such. Ended up just checking out and leaving without breakfast. Website said there was a gym, but it wasn't open and has not been open since the pandemic.
