Gone With The Wind es una cabaña privada ubicada junto al mar con su propio jacuzzi privado para disfrutar. Ver focas, nutrias, la vaina ocasional de las orcas y cantidades masivas de águilas posadas en los árboles en la propiedad, o volar por encima. ¡Esta cabaña privada de 1 dormitorio y jacuzzi privado junto al mar se encuentra en el borde de los océanos, rodeada de una abundancia de vida silvestre y maderas gigantes en la meca de la naturaleza! Los visitantes frecuentes que visitan los huéspedes son las águilas calvas, las grandes garzas azules, los arándanos Steller, las focas, los leones marinos, las orcas, las ballenas jorobadas, las ballenas grises, los osos negros y una gran cantidad de ciervos. Sé testigo de feroces tormentas en tu propia cabina independiente mientras te relajas en la bañera de hidromasaje con hidromasaje para dos. Great Cottage

What a wonderful cottage. All amenities were provided. Just need to bring your food (other than oil, vinegar, salt, pepper). Great BBQ. Can't beat BBQ'ing while observing the seals and birds! Would definitelt stay again!

Home Away From Home

To say we enjoyed ourselves would be an understatement.We would give our stay at the “Gone With The Wind Cabin” a 15 out of 10The size was perfect for our needs.The hot tub was our go to place to relax.We live in Parksville, but we love the west coast.So much to see and do.The Lighthouse Trail became part of our daily routine.We will definitely be back.

Small, private, with beautiful view

The cabin was a bit lacking in areas to put clothing (especially the bedroom and bathroom), no coffee table by the couch, check-in 5 pm and check-out 10 am a bit stingy and inconvenient, could have been more generous, but the place is very quiet, beautiful view, and the common outdoor area with firepit was fantastic.

Cabin was clean and in a beautiful location. Nice fire pit area and view of the water. Hosts were great and made sure everything was ready upon arrival. This is a fairly secluded area however it is an easy drive to dining, Tofino and hiking.

Such an amazing place to soak in the natural beauty of the west coast. Incredibly peaceful setting, with a very private outdoor area and hot tub. Inside the building was just as beautiful as the outside! We will definitely be back!

The accommodation itself was beautiful, very clean. We had not realised that it was so close to so many other apartments. On our first evening, there was a constant noise of cars on the driveway. We could hear the other guests. Not because they were noisy but due to the close proximity to our apartment. The second evening there was a loud humming noise either from the fridge or the heating. This made me unable to sleep. We were booked to stay for 5 nights but left after the second. I contacted the host to inform them. They insinuated that we were lying as they claimed to have been at the property and there was no noise. I was unaware of their presence in my apartment where the humming was coming from. I would not recommend and would never return.

We found our little piece of heaven here!

We stayed in this property as our last leg to our BC vacation and we wanted a peaceful place to spend the last few days here. We were not disappointed. Not only is the cabin spotlessly clean, it is also in the perfect location - right on the water with an unbeatable view on the deck . However , what set this place different is the excellent and responsive service . We arrived really late on the 1st day . When we got there, there was a minor question I had so I emailed Brock, fully expecting to have a response the next day as it was already 10 pm. After 5 min of sending the email, Brock came to our door and addressed our questions. He was so friendly and pleasant and we really felt that he cared about our concerns and questions and this stay will be a great one! The kitchen is well stocked with your everyday items like olive oil, salt and pepper, and spices, and regular kitchen utensils. We spent most of our evenings enjoying the hot tub and the beautiful deck, saw some otters and had an absolutely blissful and relaxing time . We will be back . Thank you Brock! Anita and Family

Amazing and quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a nice and a quiet location overlooking the water. Cleanliness is top notch. It’s so relaxing just sitting at the patio watching the boats go by every morning and afternoon. We will be back for sure and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Great property in a beautiful and quiet spot with great wildlife viewing.

The experience was all around excellent. This property was exactly how we had expected it to be. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and the opportunity to see eagles, bears and deers. It was secluded, private and the perfect getaway.

Little Piece of Heaven

Spent 4 nights with my 3 kids in this little cottage by the sea. Though tiny, it was well equipped for breakfasts on the back deck watching the fishing boats go out in the mornings and take-out dinners on the patio down by the water, followed by an evening soak in the hot tub. Location was fabulous; out of the way yet close to town for coffee, baked goodies, pizza and excursions. Used local guides for kayaking and surfing—both amazing experiences. Close enough for day trip to Tofino. Super comfy bed and futon was perfect for kids. Highly recommend and hope to return in future.
