Not enough employees to service amount of guests - long wait times for check-in and restaurant service. Given room already occupied and had additional wait time to get another room. Service at bar was atrocious. One gentleman waited over 15 mins after requesting his check, when there were only 5 other patrons at bar. No restaurant service.

Clean quick stay before flying out. Pool and gym facilities are updated and enjoyable. Restaurant food was quite bad. No coffee included in the morning.

This is a nice hotel. We like it for the convenience to the airport. It's always our first stop after arriving to gather ourselves for the journey ahead. The restaurant is very good, the staff is courteos and friendly, nice pool area, and comfortable beds.

We stayed for one night prior to an early morning airport departure. The buffet lunch was out of this world. I had three helpings. The airport transport was fantastic. The bus was full at 4:45am so the driver took those passengers to the airport and came back for a second load at 5:00am. Everyone made it to the airport with the hotel transport. Note that although the hotel and airport are physically close, the road system requires the bus to travel a fair distance to get from the hotel to the airport - this would be the same for anyone catching a cab from the hotel to airport. I only speak English and my wife is just starting to learn Spanish. We were able to communicate satisfactorily with the staff. Highly recommend. We will definitely be using this same hotel for our last day of all future Panama City trips.
