The room was great clean smelled clean the hallway carpet was clean, very convenient to go to the casino, the only thing that I did not like was the lid on the trash can in the breakfast area was filthy and it looked liked it had been dirty for quite some time as much as people pay to stay there they can at least buy a new trash can.

We did not like our room. It had a weird smell like old mildew. The blanket was not a blanket merely a sheet with decorative on it. The breakfast was below average. The waffle maker took forever to cook and so did the toaster. As much as being charged for a room there should definitely be more options. Also, we had no soap in our room and I had to go ask for some. The guy at the counter told me to go find staff with a cart and ask for it. Unacceptable!

Prior to my stay, I tried calling twice to update my credit card information and the person who answered was very rude. Upon arrival I was met with a rude receptionist and when I asked for our room keys she snapped that she was only allowed to give us 2 and not more, which we didn’t ask for! Our room had a sofa sleeper; the mattress was filthy and there wasn’t any bedding for it. We went to the front desk to ask for bedding and were told that there was no additional bedding to be given. So we couldn’t even use the pull out bed, making for an uncomfortable night sleep. As we were packing to check out we were hounded by housekeeping twice! Once at 10:20am and then again at 10:55am, which felt very invasive and as though we were being kicked out. We were not trying to over stay but we had elderly family with us and having patience and not bang on our door would’ve been appreciated. The only good thing about our stay was the size of the room but because of how rude and ill prepared the staff seemed to be I won’t be staying here again.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, it was extremely cold with the temperature in the room not reaching above 60 degrees. We asked the front desk for a blanket and they didn’t anymore blankets available. We had double beds. So we had to sleep in one bed and pull the covers off the other bed to stay warm.

The experience did not meet my expectations given the cost. The pillows were damaged, and there were loose tiles in the bathroom. However, the staff was exceptional and friendly; unfortunately, the hotel itself is quite outdated and in disrepair. The couch was worn, and we could feel the wooden frame. Additionally, there were no full-size pillows on the bed. The bathtub made unsettling noises, as if it might collapse. Furthermore, the remote control failed to turn on the television and did not function for adjusting the volume.

the ac broke didn't fix. Icebox was frozen up told us to unplug, gave us towels to clean up the water after it unthawed. gave us supposedly clean hand towel had black dots all over it. Clean wash cloth hand makeup all over it. I don't wear makeup. Ice machine was broke so had get ice on first floor we were on 3rd floor. All this was shown to staff mgr. will not refund any money. Staff came to room on ac and ice box did nothing, took both towels to them did nothing. It was horrible vacation. Spent over 500 here. I will not stay here again. We had stayed here 3 times before use to be really nice. Horrible staff and place to stay
