Only 1.5 h from the GTA - you are far enough to be surrounded by nature, but close enough to restaurants, shops, & entertainment.
Walk out to breathtaking sunsets & views of the Blue Mountains in the horizon. You’re just steps from the beach through the backyard, where the clear water is perfect for kids of all ages. Then relax in the newly renovated open concept cottage where soaring cathedral ceilings & large windows bring the outside in.
The space
This large property stretches over 300 feet from the road to the beach! We have 2 cottages on this property, one is rented and the other is unoccupied. Licence # STRTT-2022-105

As you pull into the long driveway you will come up to our first cottage. This 1400 sqft cottage has a front and back deck so you can take advantage of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The main level of the cottage has an open concept living room/ kitchen with a small 2 piece washroom. A few stairs lead up to the back of the house with 4 large bedrooms and the main 4 piece bathroom. The two back rooms have sliding doors so you can enjoy water views from the comfort of your bed or walk out to the large back deck where you can listen to water hitting the shore.
As you enter the large backyard you will see a beautiful stone staircase, which leads you to the second cottage (not occupied) that sits on the beach. Swimming is amazing along the waterfront with a gradual shallow entry. The beach is currently a mix of rock and sand. The rocks extend for 10-15 feet into the water and then the soft packed sandy bottom begins. The water is crystal clear with no seaweed.

From our family to yours we have provided many comforts from home:

- Natural gas BBQ, so you won't waste time filling up propane tanks
- Back-up Generator: electricity works during power failures

Guest access
INSIDE: Access to the basement is not provided as well as a few locked kitchen cabinets, and one hallway closet that are used for the Owner’s personal storage.
OUTSIDE: You have access to the entire property, except the second cottage near the beach. The second cottage is not occupied, but you are not permitted to enter. The shed is also for Owner use only.
