Staff at front desk were extremely welcoming, warm and helpful. This hotel is an excellent location to stay for events at the Spark Arena. Nice clean room - not particularly big - but has everything that's needed for a short stay. Highly recommend!

Clean room, was larger than expected. Quick check in, lovely girl at reception. Very helpful with sorting our parking. Great washer/dryer. Bed was very hard. Requested housekeeping to use an underlay and they topped mattress with duvet. Didnt help much, so sore after a night on that, let alone two. Never had that issue here before. Recycling happens early hours and have no respect for people sleeping, was like a thousand glass bottles crashing outside your window. Maybe level 2 isnt high enough to block noise. Breakfast was very average, not what it used to be. Bit disappointing! Great location and close to woolworths. Would recommend!

This hotel had a recent change of management which also meant updated fitouts. I have previously stayed when it was Nesuto Stadium and in Jan 2026 as the Oaks Auckland. Great location and perfect for families. There a bus stop just outside the hotel, a supermarket 100 metres away and train station withing a 5-minute walk. The apartment is modern and clean.

Great stay in clean comfortable room. I enjoyed my balcony view with patio chairs. Bathroom was well supplied with towels, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap pumps. Also had a mini fridge and clothes iron with table attached. The staff was lovely and accommodating. I didn't have breakfast in my package, so I can't critique that. But there are plenty of food options nearby and grocery store within couple blocks.

Breakfast is garbage and misleading posters (posters show eggs Benedict but in reality you have to pay for this) - the included breakfast has no hot foods and only a few pastries and cereals, staff are low energy and don’t give you all the info you need to know (e.g. accessing parking, after hours access to hotel, etc). Overall the hotel amenities were misleading, and really gave off budget hotel vibes. The physical appearance of the hotel, and the hotel rooms were fantastic - they were spacious, clean and comfortable.
Misleading breakfast poster. Real breakfast definitely does not have coffee latte like that nor eggs benefit (let alone any hot food). You have to pay extra if you want the good breakfast (e.g. eggs benny). Very misleading.
