This high-quality 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand measures 51 m² and is located just 50 m from the Baltic Sea beach. It is on the first floor and is equipped to accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child.

The spacious living area is bright and inviting, furnished with a cozy, modern corner sofa set (converts to a bed for 1 person, sleeping area 1.00 m x 2.20 m, electrically operated), a smart TV (55 inches), a small table radio, and a dining table for 4 people.
An exclusively furnished kitchen-diner with high-quality Miele appliances, a Dolce Gusto espresso machine, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a wall-mounted oven, and a fridge-freezer perfectly rounds out the living space.

The southeast-facing balcony is ideal for a cozy breakfast and relaxation, featuring a garden table with two comfortable patio chairs, a parasol, and a lounge chair—which may also be used on the nearby Baltic Sea beach.

The separate bedroom features a modern double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with 5-zone cold-foam mattresses, which offers easy access, a sliding-door closet, and an additional armchair that converts into a bed (sleeping area 0.8 m x 1.90 m). The bedroom also features a second LCD TV.

The bathroom consists of a spacious, walk-in shower with a sink and toilet and includes a cosmetic mirror.
The bathroom is also equipped with underfloor heating and a towel warmer.

A washing machine and a clothes dryer are available for your use free of charge in the laundry room.
An ironing board and an iron are also provided.

This apartment is completely barrier-free, except for a small step leading to the balcony.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you (access via Wiesenweg).
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).
Pets are not allowed here.

Demolition work is currently underway on the neighboring property; the start date for new construction is not yet known.

The 2- and 3-room apartments, as well as the 5 penthouses, are a sought-after vacation destination for our guests traveling to Lübeck Bay! The brick-clad building features large windows that let plenty of light into the apartments. Every apartment rented to vacationers through our agency has a balcony or a terrace.
For the active travelers among you, you can store your bicycles—which, of course, need a break now and then—inside or next to the building.
Either the apartment comes with its own basement storage room, or guests have access to an outdoor bike rack!

In almost all of the apartments listed by our agency, you can also wash your towels, as a laundry room is available for you in the basement.

To avoid the famous summer struggle of finding a parking spot for your car near the beach, our guests can park their cars at or inside the building.
Depending on which apartment you book, an outdoor parking space or an underground parking space is included. Of course, an elevator is part of the building’s modern amenities.

The ground-floor apartments feature a small private garden area behind their terraces. Enjoy living to the sound of the sea!
The beach is only about 50 meters away!
Shopping options are within easy walking distance, and the center of Timmendorfer Strand is only about 1 km away. Niendorf Harbor is less than 1.5 km away. Stroll along the promenade, visit the cafés with ocean views, and don’t miss out on one of the most beautiful spots in Lübeck Bay—whether in summer or winter!

Your cozy seaside apartment is just a few steps from the pier at the Seeschlösschen.
