Terrible hotel, it was showing pet friendly and up on our arrival at 23;00 tiered they told us we can’t have pets ! This is unacceptable Plus they reception guys do not speak English and do not show any solutions to the issue

The premium paid for this hotel made the stay be very disappointing. The hotel staff was not very friendly, we had to book our breakfast time which was very frustrating and harmed the planning for our days. The room was full of fire ants and their restaurant food/drinks were outrageously expensive.

O hotel tem uma excelente estrutura e conforto. Áreas amplas, quartos também. As opções de café da manhã são bem gostosas e, grata surpresa, tinha sempre opção sem gluten. Com uns 10 minutinhos andando vc chega à praia e uns 5 para bares e restaurantes. A ausência de acesso à praia é um detalhe importante, e é preciso saber disso. Vc vê toda a Baía mas não desce. O fato de não ser super no centro deixa o ambiente bem silencioso, o que é ótimo. Enfim, excelente experiência.

It is worth going if is not raining.

Pros: Location. Beautiful landscape. Prices are OK for a hotel. Close to Madeiro Beach. Cons: No internet on the rooms. Internet at the restaurant or pool was horrible. Bed is to hard and hurt my back. There is only two channels woking on the tv (they say they have cable. If they had, wasn't working) If you don't have a night activity on the city to go and have to stay in the hotel(if is raining), you won't find anything to do. No TV and Internet working.

A pleasant place to stay.

Good welcome. Nowhere to sit in room, very little space because of an extra bed. The only rubbish bin was the one by the toilet - not nice. Excellent choice for breakfast, other food quite good.

Bom hotel!

O Hotel é bom, limpo e o restaurante tem uma comida muito boa a um preço justo! A piscina é muito funda e requer atenção redobrado para pessoas como nós que estavam com muitas crianças pequenas no grupo! O local é um pouco distante do centro e o estacionamento é pequeno, e muitos carros precisaram ficar noutro fora do hotel.

Bom hotel, bem localizado, perto do centro, quartos bons, estrutura boa, café da manhã muito bom ... só não entendi porquê uma piscina, quase que em sua totalidade, muito profunda, com quase 1,80 mt ... só entra com bóia ou quem tem mais do que isso ... no mais, uma boa opção na cidade.

No geral eu não gostei da hospedagem. Reservei uma diária para quarto com tripla acomodação. O cheking estava previsto para 14h, o que em tese sugere que tudo estivesse disponível nesse horário, mas ao chegar lá por volta das 17:30h inexistia acomodação disponível. Pegaram um quarto para casal e colocaram uma cama extra, reduzindo o espaço de locomoção. Além disso, a tranca da porta do banheiro estava quebrada e ela era transparente, o que deixa de trazer qualquer privacidade atinente ao cômodo, considerando que estávamos em 3 pessoas. O café da manhã era bom e os funcionários bem simpáticos.
