Villa Speranza is a classic Canarian style villa, set in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, just 5 minutes' walk from the beautiful Playa Grande beach. The main Avenida de las Playas has a plethora of bars, restaurants and entertainment for everyone to enjoy. The spacious villa has an attractive pool and distant sea views from the terrace, which makes the villa perfect for spending quality time in a fabulous location. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in bedrooms are included.   

Located in a residential area of the popular Puerto del Carmen resort, Villa Speranza has a wonderful position in the heart of town. The villa’s location is ideal for those who prefer to be within walking distance of all amenities. Playa Blanca and Playa Grande beach are just a 5 minute stroll away, with a wealth of bars, restaurants and water sport activities on offer for a perfect day at the beach. The Biosphere Shopping Centre with its open-air cinema and the charming old town and harbour area are just 15 minutes’ walk away. There is something for everyone to enjoy in this picturesque area of Lanzarote.
