Lovely tranquil setting

We stayed at Casa Pelzer with friends, it had all the things required for a comfortable stay, the views from property were amazing, there is also a bus service to Tias. Loved the area .

La maison était très décevante. Les photos ne sont pas récentes et l'état général de la maison est bien plus vétuste que sur les photos : - la piscine n'était pas propre à notre arrivée - les chaises longues il n'y en n'avait que 3 et étaient cassées -l'intérieur de la maison : mobilier vétuste, rideaux qu'on ne pouvait pas ouvrir et cassés, odeur d'humidité et cuisine insalubre (frigo jaune!) -intervention d'un pisciniste sans que nous soyons prévenus et qui ne nous a même pas dit bonjour L'arrivée à la maison a été compliquée, avec des coordonnées GPS inexactes et pas d'adresse. La maison a pourtant un fort potentiel, au vue de son emplacement parfait sur l'ile. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, viel Platz

Das Haus liegt sehr ideal für Unternehmungen. Sie bietet sehr viel Platz und einen ansprechenden Pool. Jedoch ist das Interieur bereits in vielen Teilen abgewohnt und würde eine Renovierung oder einen Austausch benötigen! So war z.B. zum Stand Mai 2022 das Türschloss defekt, die Stühle stark abgewetzt, diverse Fächer im Kühlschrank kaputt und auch die Badezimmerarmaturen nicht mehr besonders ansprechend. Dies nur ein Teil der Einzelheiten. Insgesamt genießt man den Aufenthalt trotzdem.

Erstmal das Positive: Es ist groß genug, für sechs Personen. Der Standort ist gut. Fertig nun das Negative: Als wir im Haus ankamen hingen die Gardinenstangen herunter. Die Schranktüren lagen auf dem Korpus auf und ließen sich nicht verschieben, die oberste Holzschicht ist schon abgehobelt. Zwei Liegen waren defekt. In einem Bad ist nur Klarglas im Fenster, schön beim Duschen, den Nachbarn freuts. Der Esstisch war so wackelig, dass man nichts schneiden konnte ohne dass die Getränke in den Gläsern verschüttet wurden. Nach der Beschwerde wurde eine Liege repariert (aus zwei defekten eine funktionierende) und die Schranktüren wieder gangbar gemacht. Der Rest blieb bis zum Schluss. Im Laufe der nächsten Tage mussten wir leider noch mehr feststellen. Der Pool war dreckig, ganz viel Sand und Fliegen im Wasser. Für die Liegen gab es keine Auflagen. Es gab nun ein Nachbarhaus welches auf den Fotos in Ihrer Anzeige nicht zu sehen war. Der Nachbar hat zwar nicht gegrüßt aber immer geschaut was wir beim Poolbaden anhatten .-) Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet, es gibt keinen Messbecher, Schalen fehlen, Die Abzugshaube hat nicht funktioniert. Die Kaffeemaschine ist viel zu klein, pro aufbrühen erhält man nur zwei Tassen, hier sollen bis zu 6 Personen wohnen… Die Stühle am Tisch lösen sich auf, die Beschichtung löst sich ab. Ist nicht schön immer wieder Teile davon am Bein kleben zu haben und es sieht auch unschön aus. Der Lichtschalter der Stehlampe ist gefährlich, da stehen die Drähte des Stromkabels raus, wir haben die Lampe immer mit dem Stecker betätigt. In den Schlafzimmern lassen sich zwei Sonnenrolls nicht mehr aufrollen. Ein anderes Rollo bleibt nicht unten. Pro Doppelbett gibt es nur eine Steckdose und somit auch nur eine Lampe am Bett. Im Bad fehlt die Ablage am Waschbecken, es sind nur noch die Halter vorhanden. An dem einen Bidet fehlt die Düse. In der Beschreibung des Hauses sollte eine Überdachung sein, die gab es aber nicht, nur einen kleinen Schirm. Somit konnten ganz viele Dinge nicht oder nur sehr eingeschränkt genutzt werden. Der Poll wurde bis zum Schluss nicht gereinigt, der Sand und die Tiere waren bis zum Schluss da. Es gab auch kein Netz, sonst hätten wir selber etwas gereinigt. Und dann fiel auch noch das Internet für fünf Tage aus. Der Vermieter antwortet leider auf keinen Kontaktversuch. Das Haus war das schlechteste was wir je hatten und wir mieten regelmäßig. Habe bei Bedarf habe ich auch entsprechende Fotos.

La villa es súper espaciosa, con todas las comodidades además está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila dónde nadie te molesta, linda vista y fácil acceso. Pasamos unos días estupendos, recomendable totalmente y además cuenta con un gran anfitrión, muy agradable y disponible a cualquier momento. Sin duda pronto volveremos.

Das Haus mit Pool un der Service (Handtücher, 'Poolreinigung etc.) war sehr gut es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Küchenausstattung war ein bisschen mager. Es fehlten Auflaufformen und Schüsseln. Diverse Vorhangschienen waren schräg und schlecht montiert. Aber insgesamt gesehen hat es uns gut gefallen und wir würden das Haus auch weiterempfehlen.

Great villa

Very spacious and comfortable villa, quite remote so you do need a car. Lovely pool. Much more windy up in the hills, but incredible views and quite peaceful for a chilled out time. There were a few issues when we arrived but xxx was very quick to resolve them. We were sad to leave and truly enjoyed our stay, we would definitely stay there again. Ps the dining room table could do with repairing or replacing it was very wobbly. We cook in most of the time & we did need to but some oven pans.

Maison très bien située. Vue magnifique sur la côte et sur Fuerteventura. Maison fonctionnelle dans son ensemble. Par contre, quelques petites imperfections : - certaines portes à raboter sur le dessous. - pas de douche. - certains stores sur fenêtres qui ne fonctionnent plus (certains ont été bricolés à la "va vite"). - Serrure rouillée de la barrière du parking maison (impossible à coulisser ...). - Hotte de la cuisine qui ne fonctionne plus. - aucun contact direct avec le propriétaire (clés dans un coffre sur parking maison à l'arrivée), ce qui pourrait expliquer les divers problèmes non résolus (pas d'état des lieux !!!).

Top Haus mit leichtem Verbesserungspotenzial

Lage oberhalb von Tias, mit Blick auf die Berge, das Meer und Fuerteventura. Räume groß und sauber! 2 mal die Woche kommt jemand und tauscht die Handtücher und putzt das Haus , top!! Kritik: Duschvorhang im 2.Bad fehlte, keine Polster für die Gartenmöbel und der Wäscheständer war verrostet! Trotzdem würden wir hier wieder hinfahren!!

En general, la casa se encuentra en muy buen estado, los utensilios y diferentes enseres proporcionados son adecuados y la ubicación es muy buena (siempre y cuando se disponga de un vehículo).
