NEEDS UPDATING

First impression was ok but as the days passed we noticed more and more problems. The pool was unusable as it was filthy and over 9 days it dropped to a level of 18 inches, it was leaking like a sieve. The doors to upstairs patio have a gap under neath them that anything could get under including the wind. Kitchen light was hanging by open wires. Beds and pillows had no protectors on them. Down stairs shower needs a good clean especially the lower level tiles. What they dont tell you is there is a main road right behind the villa. Sun beds were filthy and old. Internet dropped connection constantly and was useless. Dishwasher tripped the electric first and only time it was used. No plugs in any of the sinks, be it bathroom or kitchen. In all this villa needs a lot of money spending on it to make it worth the price charged per night. Also i would question the lack of feed back on this villa for the last 17 months?

Lovely villa

It a lovely villa but you will need to drive My Only complaint is WiFi is on and off And the tv need more English speaking channels Or the option of a smart tv So you can log into Netflix Yes your not on holiday to watch. Tv But if you have been busy on trips out It’s nice at the end of the day to kick back And watch a movie

Really brilliant stay. From the contact with the owner to directions to the villa everything went smoothly. We even had a little welcome pack on our arrival. My wife specifically asked about a hairdryer and the owner went out and bought one for her! We were made to feel very much at home. We plan to book again for next year.

Only needing pool heating for us Brits. Need a car but that's not a negative as you can get round the whole of this beautiful island. Huge Villa plenty if space. Just me and hubby stayed but great for family too. Hoping to book again next year xx

Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr ruhig in Conil mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Vulkanlandschaft und dem Meer. Zu den Supermärkten Eurospar oder HiperDino sind es ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Auto. Nach Puerto del Carmen ca. 15 Minuten und nach Playa Blanca knapp 30 Minuten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei und auf Fragen wurde umgehend geantwortet.Alle Zimmer, Küche und Bäder waren sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt eine normale Filterkaffeemaschine und eine DolceGusto. Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Gläser - alles vorhanden. Geschirrspülmaschine, Herd und Waschmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei. Es gibt draußen auch eine Möglichkeit, Wäsche aufzuhängen. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind auch vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank ist groß und man bekommt alles unter. Es gab nie Probleme mit den Abflüssen, Toiletten oder Duschen. Wir hatten nie Ungeziefer im Haus. Weder Ameisen, noch Kakerlaken. Auch an den Betten gab es nichts auszusetzen.Nun ein paar Dinge, die man sieht oder eben sind, wie sie sind. An ein paar Stellen im Flur blättert die weiße Farbe ab. Unter den Terrassen- und Balkontüren pfeift der Wind ein bisschen durch. Der Pool war sauber, aber leider für uns zu kalt. Der Wind bläst in Conil stärker, als z. B. in Puerto del Carmen oder Playa Blanca und es ist ca. 3 bis 4 Grad kühler als direkt am Meer. Da wir Vormittags Ausflüge machten und ab Nachmittag am Strand waren, war

Viel Potenzial, aber großer Renovierungsstau

Das Positive zuerst: Der Meerblick und die Lage des Hauses sind konkurrenzlos; die Kommunikation mit Yeneira war einwandfrei. Ein schwerwiegender Defekt an einer der Toiletten wurde mit hoher Priorität schnellstmöglich begutachtet und behoben (Ärgerlich war es natürlich dennoch, dass mehr als 1 Tag nur eine Toilette für 7 Personen zur Verfügung stand). Negativ: - Putz bröckelt in fast jedem Raum von den Wänden ab- Teilweise ist schwarzer Schimmel zu sehen (Esszimmer)- Es riecht grundsätzlich feucht und modrig im Hausinneren - mitgebrachte Kleidung nimmt den Geruch an. Es gibt hier ganz klar ein massives Feuchtigkeitsproblem, was dringend behoben werden muss!!- Der Pool war bereits bei Ankunft sehr verdreckt und wirkt so nicht wirklich einladend - eine Reinigung oder auch ein Handtuchwechsel zur Mitte der Woche erfolgten leider nicht.- Die "frischen" Handtücher hatten gelbe Flecken - no-go!- Am 1. Tag war eine Kakerlake im Wohnzimmer unterwegs - bei Durchsicht vorheriger Bewertungen offenbar kein Einzelfall.- Alles in allem haben wir uns durch die vielen Baustellen und die Feuchtigkeit im Haus nicht sonderlich wohl gefühlt und würden so nicht wiederkommen - leider.

Wir waren vollstes zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und man hat alles da was man braucht. Eine sehr ruhig Lage trotz Straße und Flughafen in der Nähe. Der Pool war für uns super aber mit kleinen Kindern könnte er etwas kalt sein.

Das Haus hält was es im Inserat verspricht und alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit: - Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin - Sauberkeit - Ausstattung - Lage Wir haben einen sehr schönen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verleben dürfen und kommen gerne wieder. Das Einzige was man verbessern könnte wäre den Pool zu beheizen. Dieser ist wirklich sehr kalt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder !

Une maison très agréable à vivre et bien placée

Cette maison a une taille très agréable et une vue magnifique. Chaque pièce a son charme. Elle est très bien équipée (plancha, ustensiles de cuisine, équipements). Yeneira nous a très bien accueillis et à été très a l’écoute de nos attentes. Nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour cette maison et pour cette superbe île

Komfortables Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus hat gehalten, was wir uns erhofft hatten: Nicht zu weit von Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber ruhig gelegen. Es entspricht im Wesentlichen der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Küche bot alles, was man so benötigt. Ein paar kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten/Kritikpunkte: Es gab keinen eigentlichen Check-in. Als wir ankamen war zufällig der für den Pool zuständige Herr anwesend, der uns einige Informationen zum Haus gab (Alarmanlage!). Sonst lief die Kommunikation per E-Mail. Für Fragen oder Notfälle hatten wir allerdings Telefonnummern bekommen. Nach einigen Tagen kam der Mann der Vermieterin kurz vorbei. Es gab im Haus keine Informationen zum Ort und der näheren Umgebung (Infomappe o.ä.). Eine Grundausstattung an Verbrauchsmitteln für die Küche (Salz, Zucker, Öl ...) wäre schön gewesen. Außerdem haben wir außer einem Besen, der vermutlich für die Außenanlage gedacht war, keine Reinigungsutensilien gefunden. Und die Stühle am Essplatz sind viel zu niedrig für den Tisch. . Nur mit Kissen auf dem Stuhl konnte man dort essen. Dennoch, wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen Haus genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Das Huas liegt an der Straße, die ist allerdings kaum zu hören. Wenn etwas fehlt, dann ruft man Juan an. Der besorgt die Sachen sofort. Er hat die besten Tipps für die Insel. Da das Haus in etwa in der Inselmitte liegt sind die Anfahrtswege recht kurz zu den Stränden Famara und Papageio. Wir hatten mit 7 Personen eine schöne Zeit.

Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge

- Zu Beginn sehr gute Kontaktaufnahme der Vermieter auf Deutsch, später auf Englisch. - Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge. - Wunderschöne Aussicht. - Pool praktisch unbenutzbar, da dieser zu kalt war und das Mitte Juli. - Leider gar keine Verabschiedung! Trotz mehrmaligem Schreiben unsererseits via WhatsApp und SMS erschien kein Vermieter. Gerne hätte wir den Inhaber auf das eine oder andere Problem im Haus aufmerksam gemacht, aber wie gesagt, es erschien niemand. Enttäuschend!
