    Check in was easy and all the info we needed was found in a binder at the property. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped and comfortable. There were 5 adults and there was plenty of room to sleep and socialize in the living room.

    Convenient stay for hospital visit

    Property Manager was super quick to answer. Property was very homey and had everything needed for a short or long stay. Conveniently located near hospital and university. Although located near a busy road- we did not hear any traffic noise.

    My daughter & family stayed for two nights , 1 day . The day was taken up with family activities away from the property but the space provided Quiet , privacy , sleep . They commented on cleanliness & provisions such as towels & some staples .

    Pros and Cons

    Good location, great spaces, however description of having air conditioning is misleading. There’s AC in living room and kitchen but not in the bedrooms which made it very difficult to sleep. The description should reflect this. The house is on a busy street so bedroom windows couldn’t be opened. Bathtub didn’t drain well. The house was well equipped, nice backyard.

    We enjoyed our stay, there were no issues that we needed to contact the host for, it’s on a busy roadway but that’s minor and I suggest backing into the driveway when possible to make exits easier. The location being central keeps all of thunder bay’s amenities a quick drive. I would definitely book this place for my next visit.

    The house is very clean. The main driveway is yours as a guest to use. Coffee maker, microwave, stove and fridge all in great condition. Nice TV in living room and you can access Netflix. The road is a little busy, but the location is very close to everything including both the University and College. Walmart and Tim Hortons not far. The city bus stops right out front. Much better than staying in a hotel.
