REDTAIL COTTAGE es una casa completa de un dormitorio y un baño extremadamente cómoda y encantadora que es perfecta para una pareja o una persona sola. Es nuestra casa de huéspedes y se encuentra a unos 150 pies de la casa principal en un lugar privado y tranquilo. Como está a solo unos minutos de todas las compras en el pueblo, le resultará muy útil el lago Kaweah, restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia, nuestra cervecería local, vida nocturna, museo, oficina de correos, estaciones de gasolina y tienda de dulces / helados. . El Parque Nacional Sequoia está justo arriba de la carretera.

REDTAIL COTTAGE es una casa de 780 pies cuadrados que construimos en 2009 como casa de huéspedes para nuestros padres que vivieron allí hasta 2017. Después de una transformación en 2019 a un alquiler de vacaciones que ahora podemos ofrecer. Hemos detallado la cabaña con las comodidades que buscamos cuando viajamos. Por lo tanto, es posiblemente uno de los alojamientos más cómodos en el área de Three Rivers / Sequoia. No está en el río y no hay playa, pero es tranquila y privada. Hay una terraza de secoya privada fuera de la habitación con mesa y sillas y sombrilla para su café de la mañana y una copa de vino por la noche mirando a las familias de codornices.

Aunque viaje a Three Rivers para "escaparse" y comunicarse con la naturaleza, se beneficiará con el acceso al excepcional wifi privado de la cabaña para que pueda descargar sus fotos, verificar sus cuentas de manera segura y navegar por Internet desde su teléfono o computadora portátil / tabletas. Además, hay un servicio celular perfecto para AT&T y Verizon (que son los dos únicos servicios que hemos probado). Estas opciones de conectividad y comunicaciones se suman a las 2 funciones de DirecTV del sistema, por lo que no tiene que quedarse solo con Netflix o DVD.

Great Little Cottage

Beautiful Cottage with Privacy & lots of extras

This property & host is a PERFECT example of what a premier host & property expectation is. I LOVED they had spices in the cabinet, condiments in the fridge so we didn't have to buy them, plenty of coffee & a great selection of teas, as well as many other extras you won't find in most VRBOs. Laundry area came in handy to use while there. They even had a cooler & plenty of ice packs (perfect for our days in the parks). Extra pillows, blankets, even toiletry items in the bathroom in case you forgot something. The water was instant hot, which was great. Shampoo & conditioner were top brand & fantastic. The King bed was so comfy, & you could shut blind on door so it was dark so you could sleep late if wanted. A very quiet property off the main road on a side road, so no road noise, no noisy neighbors, just nature and peace. I loved that the bedroom had thick plush carpet, was nice for your feet to land on instead of a cold floor, and it made the bedroom even cozier. Beautiful prints & decor in the entire cottage. There is nothing bad or negative about this property or the host. They truly went out of their way to make it as comfy and homey as possible for their guests, and it shows that they care. Excellent floor plan layout w/lots of room! I would DEFINITELY stay here again if back in this area. Was close to restaurants, and close to the park, but not so close that you had traffic. Thank you for making your cottage so comfortable and inviting that we didn't want to leave!

Wonderful Spot

Had a great stay. The check in process was super easy and the place was very cozy. It was clean and super well stocked. It also was an easy ride to the National Parks. I would highly recommend this place!

Fabulous standalone cottage, beautifully outfitted and in a perfect location near the park entrance. We brought our EV which was only possible because of the Tesla Destination charger right outside the cottage. Thanks! Thanks

A Great Stay for Visiting Sequoia

We enjoyed our stay here in Three Rivers. The cottage was as described - clean, cozy, and well stocked with any item one could possibly need. The location was peaceful and close to Sequoia NP. Communication with the owners was easy, and information was readily available in a provided binder. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Great Stay in Three Rivers near Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park

Great little cottage in Three Rivers near Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed. We were10 minutes away from the Sequoia entrance. The town had a few cute restaurants and great coffee shops as well as a fantastic frozen yogurt place. Linda and Tom provided everything we needed and were gracious host. My wife and I would highly recommend this place for your stay.

Awesome home away from home

This is one special property with master hosts that have thought of everything and created a welcoming space for travelers. Quiet, secluded, convenient to Sequoia National Park and the lake/river. Appliances, equipment, IT is topnotch and all in excellent condition and operation. Everything you need to cook including pantry items and spices. Washer & dryer with laundry supplies! A diverse collection of books & magazines with a lovely deck for relaxing and reading surrounded by the songs of quail, redtail hawks, and lots of other happy birds. When you book this cottage make sure you add in a couple of down days so you can enjoy the cottage itself! As with most small remote towns across America, expect to pay more if you shop in the local market - well supplied but pricey. Easy access to restaurants if you want someone else to do the cooking. Hosts provide information and maps about the local area and history. This property is even better than the listing describes - we are trying to figure out a reason to come back! Many thanks to the hosts!!

Quiet home in the foothills

Linda and Tom provide this cute cottage with an array of amenities, maybe the best we’ve seen in a VRBO. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage was sparkling clean, the bed super comfortable. The washer/dryer a big plus. A cute deck to enjoy the scenery and quiet of the mountains

Fantastic cabin right next to Sequoia National Park

We stayed in the cabin for three nights, and found it to be a fantastic place to stay. The cabin was clean and comfy. It was well equipped with everything that you could want for your stay. And it's located within a few miles of Sequoia National Park, so you can easily go hiking and exploring every day during your stay. The owners were super, and made sure we had a great time. This is definitely the place that we'll stay during our next trip to Sequoia.

Perfectly cozy!

This was the perfect place for us to stay in order to visit Sequoia National Park. After being out all day, it was nice to come back to this cute cottage and relax in front of the fireplace. We had everything we needed to cook in the well stocked kitchen and the surrounding area was quiet. We enjoyed the local historical museum and restaurants and brewery. I would like to visit again because we couldn't see the whole park due to snow. Thank you Linda and Tom!

Wonderful Cottage near Sequoia

If you are planning to visit Sequoia and would like to stay near the Foothills Visitor center (Three Rivers), then this is an excellent choice. Cottage was well equipped and very peaceful. Communication with the host was great. Really enjoyed our stay!

Cabin in Sequoia

Beautiful little cabin outside of sequoia national park. The majestic sequoia trees were the highlight of our stay. The hiking and local sites were also a wonderful part of our experience. A beautiful few days in a beautiful part of the country for a very memorable experience.

Perfect little place

Very comfortable cottage

This was a great stay. Beautiful up to date cottage. Bed was comfortable and bedroom had cushy carpet. Kitchen was stocked well. Washer/dryer was convenient. And having EV charging was great. Everything in town is relatively close, and was very easy to go into Sequoia. Hiking around the rivers was also beautiful.

Nice Relaxing Stay

The proximity of the cottage to the entrance of Sequoia National Park is only 8 miles. Staying in this nice cottage and not a hotel or motel is my preference for sure. The cottage has a great kitchen so we made breakfast and dinners every night and the bed is extremely comfortable. Tom and Linda were great host!
