Property itself was very nice and would make sense for a larger group. The hot tub was a main reason we chose this property over others in SW MI. The upstairs bed was very comfortable. A doorless primary bathroom is an interesting design decision, but the shower was very nice. In all, about the property, the only real qualm I had was that the outdoor lights (outside the kitchen) didn't seem to work. I wonder if the breaker just needed to be switched off/on. We arrived after sunset and had no idea where on the property the hot tub was located. The lack of functioning outdoor light to illuminate the route to the hot tub made our initial attempt impractical due to how dark it was outside. It was raining also, so a cell phone flashlight proved pretty useless. When I emailed asking how to get these lights on, I don't think my question was comprehended/addressed. The verbatim email finisher of "Hot tub, is literally one button..." felt pretty condescending. There were a couple of communication hiccups around late checkout. It also felt a little weird that there was a sign in the house to enjoy the snacks and wine... but there were no snacks or wine.

Had a great time with plenty of room and amenities. Beautiful backyard with covered patio over dining and jacuzzi. Roasted s’mores on the fire pit. Lots of fun and laughs, close to wineries and restaurants. Would defiantly recommend.

The photos of the back yard are accurate. It’s really lovely. Eating outside, the hot tub, huge yard. The inside is not exactly as pictured. Biggest issue were the 2 lower level bathrooms as they were not clean.

Very disappointing 😞
I debated posting a review, but decided to go ahead and do so in hopes it helps future guests. This is one that I would say needs some TLC and updated photos so guests get a better idea of what they're renting. The home is much older than it appears in the photos. The most accurate was the kitchen which I will say was very nicely equipped and where we spent most of our time. Our 9 yo son loved the basement but it wasn't as spacious as it looked in photos. We are a taller group and my husband couldnt stand all the way up in several places. Downstairs bathroom needs some major work as there appeared to be water damage on the exterior wall. Main bath was okay but quite small. The master was spacious but there needs to be information or photos of the stairway getting up to it as it could be difficult for some. I contacted the owners about the exterior and they were very quick to respond and apolgetic about the condition of the yard. It was so overgrown it didn't look like the same house. It has so much potential and could be a great property, I just think it has been neglected except for basic cleaning between guests. My hope is the owners will take this as constructive and make some changes. Just sad we paid what we did and really didnt find it worth the money.

Setup of house is a little odd, with part of the house new and updated while other parts are a bit old. Still, plenty of room for everyone and we had a great time! Just wish the weather was a bit better so we could enjoy the back patio and hottub more.
