Overall this was a great large home that fit all 14 of our family members for a Christmas getaway. We always had something to do between the pool (when the weather permitted, 2 of our 7 days), the game room (which had a multi-game video game with PAC Man, Galaga, and Dig Dug, etc) and cooking/eating, s’mores outside. There was shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each shower. That being said, the fixtures are a bit dated, weird lime green wood trim throughout the house, and minor things were not upkept. I reported some issues the first day and the owner was very responsive but there were people in the house for a few hours 2 days cleaning the ice out of the freezer, cleaning and fixing the backyard sink (which we did not use but was backed up upon our arrival). I mostly stopped reporting minor things as I did not want to be further disturbed of family time. The main tv needs to be replaced as the color is messed up on the left. There is a tv in every room, which was nice for groups watching different things. There was a drainage issue outside, and still water in the back yard. I don’t know if that caused the mosquitoes but there were tons of mosquitoes and flies on us even in the house. I personally got about 30 mosquito bites throughout my body. Bring repellant, citronella candle, etc. This was in December, so I imagine it would be worse in the summer. Owner worked with me, as I wanted to bring a dog that was over the 20 pound limit (32lb). Great trip overall.
