Amazing stay! Love this place. It was very quiet, bed was comfortable, had a great bay view. We love it here and will be back! Just 2 small complaints…..need more than the one mirror in the bathroom. And maybe a place to buy water, pop etc. Didn’t see any vending machines.

Loved it. Very clean, great area, close to downtown TC, staff very friendly & helpful. Loved the private beach, pools, & restaurants. Great stay on a busy holiday weekend

Great stay. 2 thumbs up! The hotel is a bit worn in spots and it is starting to show its age, but still clean and clearly effort is being put in to do some updates. On the labor day weekend it was very, very busy (couldn't get a reservation at the restaurants), but generally welcoming and clean.

There were bugs crawling in the sofa. There were black hairs in the sink and on the towels. The shower had hair in it as well.

My stay was fantastic and all staff were friendly and out going willing to help at any time. The only thing was the lack of sufficient ice machines and vending machines. I saw no vending machines where I was at. Sometimes you need something late night and wasn't available.

The location was ok, we loved the downtown area and the different activities they have The hotel has a shuttle to take you to the beach club and the Casino if you are into it upon request. Negative:Old infrastructure, need to be restored. A strange odor lingered in the lobby, elevator and the room.

When first arriving I reserved a one bedroom condo with patio & sofa bed, it was dirty not clean patio door would not open there were what look like bed bugs stuck to curtains and the rugs filthy bugs were outside everywhere on the property, condos was far away from resort, I switched to a bay view 2 queen bed room which was amazingly and on the resort property Kathleen save the day bc i I was not staying in the condo and its conditions it was in.

Poor experience

Overall, poor experience. My girlfriend and I stayed at the resort from Friday-Sunday. We were given a room that felt like it was in a basement (technically first floor but you had to take an elevator down from the lobby to access it). Nobody offered to help us with our luggage and the concierge acted like we were bothering her by checking in (sorry?). The hallway where our room was located smelled and echoed very loudly, making our room VERY loud and noisy, especially at night. We had to knock on our neighbors door to ask them to keep it down because we could hear everything. The sound proofing in the room needs to be upgraded significantly. No turndown service/cleaning, etc. was offered and the sign in our room said fresh towels were only available by request by calling the front desk. For $300 a night, it wouldve been nice to at least have our room cleaned once without having to ask. Disappointing experience because we had heard good things from friends. Given the price, we had much higher expectations.
