Sehr eng, Balkon dreckig, Bad undicht, Balkontür niedrig, ob Tür oder Fenster undefiniert…..Tür zum Zimmer hat von innen keinen Griff…funktioniert nur mit Schlüssel…..ohne Schlüssel kann man nicht raus…bzw. wenn einer draußen ist der zweite drinnen eingesperrt. Generell kein Fluchtkonzept….sehr sehr eng konzipiert….. im 5. Stock eines Wohnhauses……Aufzug vorhanden….Lage ist gut.
