The Hemingway pool is within walking distance or 2 minutes by golf cart.
Shopping is 5 minutes by golf cart at nearby Colony Plaza including Publix, Walgreens, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Citizens Bank, McDonalds, Subway, etc. Numerous challenging executive golf courses, including Roosevelt, Truman and Sarasota, only a short golf cart ride away.
