A picturesque spot in the heart of Noordwijk, near the beach and shops.

This unique holiday home is located in the old village center of Noordwijk, in a quiet street close to shops, restaurants and the beach. It is a bulb shed from 1928, completely renovated in 2024, with a modern kitchen, bathroom, 2 full bedrooms, patio doors, double glazing and heating. It is a four to five person accommodation. The location can be reached via an alley and is located in a small courtyard behind the houses. Here you have your own outdoor area with terrace where you can enjoy the sun in a sheltered position and where you can also eat outside and possibly have a barbecue.

The holiday home is located behind the owner's house. It is completely private with its own garden and terrace. The holiday home (90 m2) is entirely on the ground floor. The kitchen, sitting area and dining area are in one large room. The toilet and shower are in a separate room. The kitchen has a large 5-burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. At the back of the house there are two bedrooms with blackout roller blinds. The first sleeping area has a large double bed, the second sleeping area has two single beds and a trundle bed. This bedroom can therefore be equipped with three full beds. There is also a possibility for an extra baby bed. They are two separate bedrooms, each with its own entrance door. There are all single duvets. Due to the two separate bedrooms, the space is also ideal for two couples, for example. Parking is free in the street or the surrounding streets.

Bed linen and towels can be rented optionally. For bed linen it is 7.50 euros per person per stay. For towels this is 5 euros per person per stay. A 5th person and bed is €15 per night.

Less than 200 meters away, in the old village center of Noordwijk, is a shopping street with a large supermarket and some local shops. There is a great large playground in a nature reserve 300 meters from the holiday home. It is also possible to rent bicycles in the village of Noordwijk-Binnen. You can cycle to Noordwijk aan Zee and the beach in five minutes. All amenities for a beach or shopping day can be found there. There are several restaurants and terraces on the boulevard. In spring the entire bulb region is in bloom. You can enjoy the beautiful bulb fields in all kinds of colors in Noordwijk and the surrounding area. A visit to the Keukenhof during that period is magically beautiful! In the summer months there are various events in Noordwijk and there is a weekly summer market. There is an indoor swimming pool with garden and an outdoor water play garden 3 minutes by bike from the accommodation. A cinema, miniature golf, golf and bowling are also in Noordwijk.

There are various cycling routes, museums and attractions throughout the bulb region and surrounding area. For example, the Linnaeshof (largest playground in Europe) and the Duinrell amusement park with Tiki Pool are 15 minutes away by car.

Various cities such as Leiden, Amsterdam, Haarlem and The Hague are easy to reach by car (max. 30 minutes) and by public transport.
