Location was nice but the room needs updating. bed was a little uncomfortable, carpet, some furniture and shower nozzle needs replaceing. Staff were friendly and helpfull. I'd be more accurate to give 3.5 stars but not 4 stars.

Positives: The room itself was excellent and the view is amazing. Not so positive: The in room safe did not work (was told it was brand new), the telephone was connected but also did not work, and the kettle in the room was faulty but we managed to get that to working. The shower also needed a really good clean of both mould and soap scum. But the worst thing during our stay, there was only one working lift and on a busy weekend that took a long time to go up or down to and from the lobby. Otherwise location is a crakka and the views are postcard perfect.

The first room I was assigned to had obviously been heavily smoked in, and the air conditioning unit was very noisy. Thankfully one of the staff members reassigned me to a better room. Overall this hotel is pretty tired and in need of a rejuvenation.

Very friendly staff and room with water view from good the room is amazing! The only thing could improve is the crowd control in the swimming pool and room internet service ( had to ask for a code for our room every day to access internet). Otherwise really happy with our stay!

Room - bed too hard. Bathroom unsafe with the shower in the bathtub, made it very hard for someone who has had a stroke to shower. Noise from people upstairs banging on the floor until late at night.

Way overpriced for a studio apartment, the bed was very uncomfortable {hard) & we both developed back issues. The refrigerator was a discrace, broken internal shelves. Car parking was an additional charge per night 💰 We left a day early & forfeited the costs.

Stayed one night in an ocean view room. Wow, what a view!! The room was spacious and could turn into a private bedroom when required due to movable screening. Full laundry if you need. Kitchenette. Didn't get a chance to go to the pool deck. Council car park 10m away, free. The local pub is next door- for was exceptional. Highly recommend the stay.
