Visited this villa 8 years ago. We did feel that it could do with a bit of up dating as somethings felt a little tired. BBQ seemed to be unsafe as it was quite corroded underneath and we could get the downstairs hob working.

Casa Emilia, de beste locatie aan de Costa Blanca om met je gezin te verblijven

Wij verbleven met ons gezin van 13 personen ,van 25 oktober tot 1 november, om ons 45 jarig huwelijk te vieren. Bij aankomst was alles versierd, een echte verrassing. Een betere villa kun je je niet voorstellen voor onze groep. Het zwembad, de jacuzzi, de tuin, een speelparadijs voor onze kleinkinderen het kon niet op. Het huis heeft heel veel slaap- en badkamers en naast de twee keukens in het huis is er nog een buitenkeuken en een barbecue plaats. Wij hebben al twee keer eerder een villa in Spanje geboekt maar hier kan niets tegen op. Omdat het al laat in het seizoen was hadden wij gevraagd om het zwembad en de jacuzzi te verwarmen. Na een dag bleek dat de verwarmingsinstallatie het had begeven en niet kon worden gerepareerd. Het team van Casa Emilia kwam direct met een voorstel om dit extra pakket voor het verwarmen niet in rekening te brengen. Wel bleef de verwarming van de jacuzzi aan en werd er ook niets in rekening gebracht voor een kinderbedje en kinderstoel. Dit hebben ze uitstekend opgelost. Tijdens ons verblijf werd Valencia en omgeving getroffen door een enorme dodelijke overstroming terwijl er in Moraira niets aan de hand was. Dit was een onwerkelijke situatie. Omdat wij op Valencia vlogen was het de vraag of wij het vliegveld konden bereiken. Nuria van het Casa Emilia team, adviseerde om de kustweg te nemen en op die manier zijn wij veilig aangekomen. Ook na thuiskomst nam Nuria contact op om te vragen of we veilig thuis waren gekomen. Een top team.

The house and yard were very comfortable. The outdoor kitchen, dining area, fridge and freezer outside was really convenient. The big swimming pool and the slide were also great!! When eating outside, you were not allowed to use glass or porcelain dishes, but the plastic dishes were old and worn, and there were not enough of them for 10 people. Not even plastic drink and coffee cups. The conversation with the contact person before the trip was challenging because I felt that she never answered directly what I asked. The answers came quickly, but I had to ask some things several times. Despite everything, I can recommend this destination, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay there.
