Die Wohnung war sauber und die Aussicht vom großen bodentiefen Fenster im Wohnzimmer auf das Etschtal war atemberaubend. Alle Fenster und Balkontüren hatten elektrisch bedienbare Rolläden.Das nächste Einkaufszentrum ist von der Wohnung fussläufig 300 m entfernt. Die Heizperiode beginnt in Südtirol erst ab dem 15. Oktober.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Bei Erreichen unseres Quartiers hat uns die im Hause Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung im Detail gezeigt. Wir konnten direkt vor der Tür parken. Die Wohnung liegt an der Durchgangsstraße in Tramin, die allerdings abends nicht mehr allzu sehr befahren ist. Die Wohnung ist modern und schön mit drei Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet. Der absolute Höhepunkt war für uns der Balkon mit einem fantastischen Blick ins Etschtal und den gegenüberliegenden Bergen. Wir haben uns sehr wilkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Aussicht aber laut

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist allerdings etwas lieblos und sporadisch. Die Sicht vom Wohnzimmer und den Balkonen über ein Teil des Etschtals ist beeindruckend. Leider ist ein Aufenthalt auf den Balkonen unter der Woche vor allem tagsüber kaum möglich, da der Verkehrslärm der Weinstraße, der direkt am Haus vorbeiläuft, so laut ist, dass man sich nicht mal unterhalten kann. Völlig unverständlich in einem Urlaubsgebiet, dass dort so viele frisierte und viel zu lauten Moped und andere KFZ fahren dürfen. Hier würde eine Zone 30 km/h in Ortschaften Abhilfe schaffen, zumal der Verkehr genau so gut unterhalb der Weinstraße fahren könnte. Die beiden hinteren Schlafzimmer sind vom Lärm auch bei offenem Fenster kaum betroffen, da diese mit den Fenstern ins Tal gerichtet sind. Von der Ausstattung der Möbel darf man nicht viel erwarten. Das Sofa ist verschmutzt (zu, kurze Überdecke ist auf dem Sofa), andere (IKEA) Möbel haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich. Dennoch, wem der Lärm nichts ausmacht, findet eine geräumige Wohnung. Unmittelbar in der Nähe, 50 Meter gibt es einen Supermarkt. Im Ort Tramin alles, was man sonst noch benötigt und natürlich überall sehr leckeren Wein und sehr gutes Essen. Unser Restaurant-Tipp: "Alte Post" und "Ansitz Romani" in Tramin sowie "schwarz Adler" in Kurtatsch (40 Minuten zu Fuß, 8 Minuten Bus). (Reservierung erforderlich)

Toller Ausblick rund um den Tag

Der tolle Ausblick von Wohnzimmer und Balkon ist Urlaub pur, die großzügig geschnittene und gut ausgestattete Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht, von Tramin aus erreicht man viele schöne Orte ganz schnell, die Vermieterin ist schnell erreichbar und antwortet sehr zügig - da haben wir die zugegebenermaßen laute Straße gerne in Kauf genommen (in dem hinteren Schlafzimmer ist sie auch nicht zu hören, nur in den beiden vorderen). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Aussicht!

Die Lage ist super verkehrsgünstig; in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt und ins Dorf und zu den Restaurants ist es ein Katzensprung. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr gut eingerichtet und super sauber, man hat einen sensationellen Ausblick über das Etschtal.

Es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt !!

Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und mit allem ausgestattet was es für einen Aufenthalt braucht! Eine tolle Terrasse und großzügig gestaltete Räumlichkeiten garantieren puren Wohlfühlfaktor! Einzig der Lärm der direkt vorbeifahrenden Hauptstraße kann störend sein! Der sehr freundliche Kontakt zu Frau Palma und ihre Informationen zwecks Veranstaltungen in Tramin taten ein Übriges um unseren Urlaub dort als nahezu perfekt zu nennen!!

Schöne Wohnung in nettem Ort

Schöne, geräumige und saubere Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, toller Balkon, großartiger Blick übers Tal. Nachteil: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptdurchgangsstraße des Orts. Und die ist wirklich laut... Die Fenster sind an sich sehr gut isoliert, das hilft nur nicht, wenn man nachts durchlüften muss (ansonsten viel zu heiß). Uns hat das, obwohl nicht lärmempfindlich, wirklich gestört. Ansonsten gute Lage, großer gut sortierter Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso das Zentrum des Ortes mit etlichen (hervorragenden) Restaurants.

Traumhaft!

Wir haben 10 tolle Tage in dieser traumhaften Wohnung verbracht. Es war super sauber, schön eingerichtet und alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am meisten hat uns der große Balkon begeistert. Die Nähe zur Straße hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört und auch bei offenen Fenstern haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Zentrale Lage, schöne Wohnung mit Aussicht

Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Zwar an der Straße und daher entsprechend Verkehr, dafür in 100m ein Supermarkt. Ein gutes Restaurant genau gegenüber und nur 10min zu Fuß in die Ortsmitte. Wohnung ist großzügig, neu und bietet auf dem Balkon eine schöne Aussicht. Für das Frühstück draußen gibt es auch eine elektrische Markise. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine ist ebenso vorhanden. Es fehlt für Selbstkocher ein Backofen. Aber das haben wir nicht benötigt. Wohnung war auch sehr sauber. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und freundlich. Perfekter Urlaub
