This place is an absolute treasure! Everyone is super kind, friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks are delish and everything is reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are beautiful and well-maintained. Excellent!!!

Las fotos no coinciden con la habitación, reservamos una suite junior, y no tenía balcón, lo cual fue decepcionante. Nos dieron, una recién remodelada, muy bonita pero sin balcón. Nos fallaron cositas durante la estancia pero Miguel, el encargado en recepción, siempre estuvo atento a lo que necesitáramos y resolvió todo muy rápido. Lo mejor del hotel, sin duda es el personal, sobre todo en recepción comenzando por Miguel. En el restaurante, les falta personal, los pocos meseros que hay se la pasan corriendo, y eso hace que el servicio sea aunque bueno, lento. En general la pasamos muy bien, somos unas pareja sin hijos y pensamos que estaría mejor que una de las albercas fuera solo para adultos, esto haría más relajante la estancia para quienes vamos sin niños.
