Excelente lugar para llevar mascotas

El hotel está bonito y la gente muy amable. La decisión de quedarnos en ese hotel a pesar de que no llevábamos mascota fue por que se anuncia que estaba a .3 millas del centro y salió que está a kilometro 600 metros. Eso no nos decepcionó bastante. La otra cosa que no nos gusto es que había mucha humedad en el cuarto y la pared estaba hinchada en varias partes. Con esos dos elementos considero con el costo beneficio no fue el correcto por lo que pagamos. No volveremos a ese hotel.

Cuidar a sus gatos o ara que convivan mejor con los perros “invitados” ya que hubo un incidente muy desagradable con nuestra perrita, la cual salió muy lastimada al igual que mi mano que arañaron muy feo al agarrar a mi perrita. Y Tendrían que avisar a los huéspedes en el momento en que nos registramos, que en la cuenta se carga ya el 15% de propina (sin avisar) para los meseros. Porque si no uno acaba poniendo el 30% de propina… y si bien el servicio y toda la gente que trabaja en el hotel son muy amables y muy eficientes, la propina es decisión del cliente.

Es un hotel bonito, con una vista increíble del tepoz. Como puntos negativos: La llave de la puerta se trababa al entrar y te tardabas un rato para abrirla. Y la ventana (que es bastante grande) de nuestra habitación no tenia cerradura y aunque cerraras la puerta con seguro, te sentias inseguro por la noche por la ventana.

Bonitas instalaciones pero habitaciones calurosas

El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones en general son muy bonitas. El desayuno era muy básico pero suficiente. La alberca estaba bastante sucia. Los cuartos son amplios aunque son demasiado calurosos y el ventilador de techo que tienen no sirve para refrescarte absolutamente nada. Hasta el agua que te ofrecen de cortesía estaba tibia. Imposible dormir durante la noche.

Muy bonito, pero...

Lo bueno, está muy bonito el lugar, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el desayuno no es muy variado pero llenador, la comida es sabrosa. Lo malo, el agua de la alberca está helada, no hay televisión en las habitaciones y lo peor para mi es que es Pet friendly. Es horrible salir de tu habitación y te ladren los perros, que te estén lamiendo todo el tiempo y no descansar por tantos ladridos en la noche. Para quien prefiere la compañía de animales estaría muy bien pero no para mi. Es una lastima pues ya no regresaré.
