A chalet with a decisive and refined character, where stone and wood meet in a perfect balance between Alpine
tradition and contemporary comfort.
Located in Temù, a short walk from the ski slopes and the chairlift, it offers an extremely
convenient location to experience the mountains in every season without the need for a car.
The living area is the heart of the house: a large and bright environment with fully
equipped open kitchen, dining area and living room with stove, ideal for moments of relaxation after a day in the snow or on the
trails.
The rooms guarantee comfort and privacy: the master double has a private bathroom with a
wellness shower with Turkish bath; a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed is ideal for families; a
third multifunctional room with a sofa bed can also be used as a work space. A second full
bathroom serves the other rooms. The three balconies offer an open view of the mountains and the
surrounding nature, perfect for quiet moments in any season. The property has a private parking space and a covered
garage with easy access and space for skis and sports equipment.
