The girls of the front desk were rude and slow. They took forever. When we went up the stairs to our room, the stairs were filthy, the hallway was filthy, and when we went into the room it was filthy as well. The elevator was broken. If it wasn't for the Holiday we could have found another hotel.

Breakfast foods were old and not restocked after 8:30. Rotten, and I mean squishy rotten bananas. No coffee, No meat, no eggs. Imitation orange juice. Common bathroom by breakfast room were locked. Two people in room only 1 hand towel supplied. Had to ask at desk for more. Wash cloth had hole in it. No wi-fi in room. Wi-fi provided TV faded in and out. Some stations had no volume. Cold water at bath room Sink was not much more than a trickle. Pool closed all 5 days we were there. Shower faucet loose and didn’t work correctly.

Stayed in three rooms. Some rooms have 1990 TV antenna with poor picture quality and some rooms have Roku TV's but the internet is very slow so they roku loads and buffers every 15 minutes while watching your show. No coffee maker in two of the rooms, one coffee maker in the other, but no creamer or sugar packs, stirrers. Breakfast was good, and place was clean.

the room was clean and nicely furnished, I especially liked that there was a comfortable chair in the room. Front desk was very courteous and efficient.
