Arrived Saturday afternoon for the usual two night stay. Receptionist welcoming, friendly and quick to book are party in Spotless, with all the necessary amenities needed. The only problem was the meal in the restaurant that evening was well below standard, food was just warm and the fish approx 25%fish 75 oily batter. Highly recommend this hotel. Will be staying several times in future. A great break.😁👍

The stay was great I just feel like the windows don’t give enough air so there should be AC in the rooms as they get really warm quick and it’s hard to sleep with the heat. The beds comfy but the pillows are a bit too soft. Overall the stay was great and the staff was pleasant. However, I think some of the staff don’t know the check out time. Both told me and my partner different times first and then 11am. Hotel is close to city centre which is great

Close to Telford Centre, shops, train station and eateries (within walking distance) Lovely hotel, room clean, reception nice and friendly, all amenities needed in the room. Didnt eat at the restaurant so cant comment on food. Only negatives, room was a little cold and you can hear noise from corridors and other rooms but wasnt excessive.

My first point of contact was Rachel on the desk. She was amazing professional and a credit to the company. She went above and beyond to help me with my stay as i am disabled. Staff lovely very friendly, clean hotel and room. Unfortunately matress was awful very hard and pillows very hard so didnt sleep very well. Breakfast was really good and fresh made great choice.
