In just an 8-minute walk, you’ll find yourself at Gordon Beach, where the Mediterranean Sea meets a vibrant promenade lined with excellent bars, cafes, and restaurants.



A 5-minute walk will bring you to Independence Park, a peaceful green space perfect for escaping the city buzz. The park’s hilltop view provides one of the best spots to watch Tel Aviv’s iconic sunsets, creating a tranquil way to end your day.



Ben Gurion Boulevard, also just 5 minutes away, offers a fantastic urban experience with its tree-lined paths, great dining options, and direct access to key parts of the city. Whether walking, cycling, or just relaxing at a sidewalk cafe, the boulevard connects you effortlessly to the heart of Tel Aviv.

In accordance with Israeli law, we require a copy of your government issued photo id before arrival.



By booking this apartment, you agree to pay an additional 18% VAT, applicable to Israeli citizens as required by law. This amount will be collected via an Airbnb VAT payment request sent to you through the platform.



Foreigners receive B2 slip at passport control at the airport to avoid VAT.



Check-in instructions provided after B2 slip or VAT payment.
