The single-story Beach house has a stunning Mediterranean design and is set up solely for vacations. Its 300 square meters gives a laid back spacious feel.
This house is for guests who want to have a memorable time in Israel's best location, in the first line to the beach, on the cliff.
Come stay with us!
The Space:
4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms to give everyone their own space and privacy.
The beach house comes with a large swimming pool, spacious kitchen area, dining area, a huge living room space, grill and parking.
Free WiFi is provided and fresh towels and custom made linens are supplied. The bathrooms are stocked with L'occitane soaps and shampoos.
It's a fully equipped, curated space to give you all the conveniences that you might need and a comfortable, relaxing and joyous stay.
**Please note, there is a set of stairs with 14 steps from the main gate to get to the front door. Once you get there, the house is one level and stair-free.
Guest Access:
The property includes a secure, reinforced safe room (Mamad) available for use during emergencies.
The Neighborhood:
2 minute walk from the beach.
Very close to this pristine neighborhood bakery and coffee shop, local pizza and groceries store.
Other Things to Note:
*The guest must supply a photo of the entry slip (B2 SLIP) before the check in, in order to avoid a VAT charge of 18%.
*As part of the terms and conditions, a security deposit of 10,000 NIS will be secured by placing a hold (authorization) on your credit card. This hold will only reserve the amount on your credit limit and will not charge or debit your card unless there is damage or a violation of the terms. The deposit hold will be placed upon check-in and not before, even if the booking was made well in advance. If no claims are made, the hold will be released automatically within 7 days from the date it was placed.
