Property is very run down for an HIExpress. Elevator floors were full of dirt and food debris. Carpets in hallways were heavily stained and looked very gross. Room was fair condition but had laminate floors with dirt along baseboards. WiFi nonexistent that day. We stay at HI Express all the time and this would not meet the standards most have. They need so corporate oversight and a manager/ owner refreshing. We ended up getting a refund and stayed elsewhere

The receptionist was unwilling to help with any of our concerns. The luggage cart was left on the 2nd floor; she told me I could go get it if I wanted it. The comforter in one bed was dirty; she said we could move to a new room but she couldn’t get us a new comforter. The hallways smelled like stale cigarette smoke, carpeting was stained and not vacuumed. For $185/night, I expect better.

The room was comfortable to me (68 - 72 deg) but the time of year I was there the out side temperature is not excessively high (high temps were 75).

Room was in good condition but seemed to be lacking wall art, mirror, proper lighting, etc. The remodeling was not finished. Bedside USB was inoperable. The TV should be upgraded to a SMART TV by now (2025) A/C unit was a little noisier than it should be. Sheets and towels were clean and tidy. The staff was accomodating and pleasant. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here again (this was my second time here) Remodeling did not seem to be finished

Our stay wasn’t bad and the continental breakfast was good. My biggest complaint is that there was no hot water. My sister, brother, and I all took showers in the 4 days we stayed and when I complained about there being no hot water, the front desk lady looked at me like I was nuts and didn’t send anyone to look at it or fix the problem. I will not be staying here again

We had a wheelchair accessible room my mom who is in a wheelchair could not get into the bed due the height of the bed therefore had to sleep on the very hard couch I don’t think any one in a wheelchair could easily get into that bed

The room was very nice. We really want to say how great the young woman that helped with our check in was. We booked our stay through a 3rd party and were having some issues. She did everything she could to help us even looking up a customer service number for the 3rd party. After checking in and coming back down to the lobby she asked if we were able to get it straightened out. She really seemed to care! The one thing about our stay that wasn’t great was the air conditioning system. It was so noisy

Booking through Expedia, hotel staff tried to charge me for an unpaid balance, which I didn't have because I paid through Expedia. I was there for a funeral and was held up, making me late. In the end, everything was paid off, so I'm not sure where the error occurred. also the mattress seemed to sink in the middle, very uncomfortable. Not sure if we just had bad luck with this chain of hotel.
