Cozy apartment in quiet complex seafront 5 minutes from the beach

2-sunny, spacious, bright and newly renovated rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed of 1m80. Coquette second bedroom has 2 beds of 90 cm and a skylight to watch the sky. The Coast apartment bathroom (equipped with towels and hair dryer), a kitchenette (with washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, ketle, ..), a living room and a very comfortable and warm terrace with magnificent sea views ( with table, chairs and 2 armchairs for sunbathing) facing south where you can enjoy magnificent evenings rest and relaxation.

The apartment belongs to the Complex Las Coronas, one of the best preserved in Costa Teguise, and with a typical Canarian style. It consists of 2 magnificent pools, lush gardens and entertainment areas for children (playground, ...) and adults (tennis court, pool bar where take some cocktail at the poolside bar. The complex is private parking available for guests free of charge.

The resort is located in the center of Costa Teguise, in an area with great variety of restaurants, bars, shops, ...
In addition, the complex has a direct access (without crossing streets) to the Promenade, a pedestrian walking path along the coast 6 kilometers. The most famous nearby beaches are Playa Bastian (a 5 minute walk) and Playa Jablillo (8 minutes). The famous Plaza del Pueblo Marinero and the shopping area are just 10 minutes.

Costa Teguise is an ideal place to unwind and relax or enjoy water sports, hiking, taking long bike rides or plan a tour around our magnificent volcanic island, which offers wonderful places to explore destination.

Hi we stayed here it was nice but there is abut apart from the apartment being nice for where the location is its good for the money great restaurants right out side your door private gate great for security .it does have everything you need 2 bedroom plus settie in livingroom aswel for a bed could sleep six witch is great lovely pool tennis courts on site private great.but we didn't sleet well could do with better mattresses other that great would definitelygo back..

Beautiful Apartment & Area

We stayed here over Christmas the booking was initially just me and hubby but we were joined by my sister and her hubby. The apartment was lovely with everything you need for a comfortable stay, Gaston was great and really helpful. We were keen to book again for Christmas 24 but unfortunately someone beat us to it! Mick made the best Sangria at the pool bar!! Area was lovely too with plenty of restaurants and shops near by and a pleasant walk in to the Centre either along the coast path or via the road. Ideal to a relaxing beach holiday a good for exploring the island if you want to hire a car

Fabulous week in Costa Teguise

Excellent property with lovely quiet pool. Very well equipped with many extras. Gaston met us at property, accommodating an early check-in which was great. Several restaurants and bars in close proximity and centre is only a 17 minute stroll away. Enjoyed so much that looking to book again for various dates next year but sadly seems to be already booked. Thanks for a great holiday

Just returned from a wonderful 4 week stay at Gastón & Gema’s lovely apartment. The apartment was very clean, spacious and extremely well equipped with everything required for a self catering holiday. The large balcony was great for sunbathing & eating al fresco. The complex had a great pool and kid’s pool, plenty of sun beds & excellent pool bar. Lots of nice restaurants close by. We will definitely return.

Great apartment, friendly hosts

This apartment was great for us. It was in a slightly more quiet area, which suited us fine. We had a very positive experience with renting this property. Garcon & Gema were great! The items in the fridge on arrival were a nice touch, and the apartment was well stocked and clean. The pool on the complex was great also and you have everything you need on your doorstep from dining to a supermarket. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fantastic hosts

This little gem is on Las Coronas complex, excellent for us, enough bars and restaurants just outside the complex and just a short stroll to many more and beaches. Gaston and Gema are a lovely couple who have put a great deal of thought into providing a beautiful place to stay. We found the TV had only news channels on arrival, asked Gaston if that was all or was I just not finding them, within a couple of hours he messaged us to say he was going to upgrade and next morning he fitted a brand new system giving us 68 English channels as well as similar in many languages, he definitely likes his guests to have the best holiday he can provide. A few days later there was a problem with the TV, Gaston came around and spent an hour trying to sort it in the end taking it back to the shop and fitting the TV while we were out enjoying ourselves. We will most definitely be returning to stay again very soon.

Great apartment

This is a great apartment in a quiet location but close enough to amenities. There are a few restaurants and supermarket just across the road and the main bars and rstaurants are within walking distance. Owners are great, all communications are good and easy and they live locally so if you did need them. All round a great break

Wonderful stay and great first visit to Lanzarote !

Gastón was a great host who welcomed us warmly providing all the needed information for our 2-week stay. The appartement is beautiful, tastefully furnished and decorated. Excellent apartment

We stayed here for four week in Nov and from the moment we walked through the door we knew the place would be perfect for us. It’s a very modern, spacious 2 bed appt that was spotlessly clean. The balcony over looks the swimming pool to the left, with the sea in the background and the mountains to the right. Yes there’s a road to the right but no bother and never really noticed the noise. When we arrived the complex had no sunbeds around the pool and when I complained to Gaston about this, although not his fault, within a couple of hours there was 3 brand new sun beds for our personal use which he had bought. The beds were round the pool 2 days later and the new ones are now on the balcony. We used the oven, the washing machine, the fridge freezer and coffee machine all with no issues. There is a supply of towels, beach towels, chairs for the beach, as no sun beds there at moment, tennis and table tennis equipment for use on the court and table provided in the complex. Plenty storage and hangers, hairdryer, aircon and fan in 2nd bedroom and excellent WiFi. Balcony very spacious, room for 3 sun beds and table and chairs, gets the sun all daylong. Pool area nice and clean, pool massive but cold in November, we’ve had colder though and pool bar opened while we there. Nick and Lesley run it, cheap prices and good atmosphere. All in all can’t fault this place, we definitely want to return again.

Very clean, nice beds, good position in a beautiful complex

We were met by Gaston, Gema’s partner. His is a good communicator and showed us around the apartment. We were surprised how quite is was with other guests and noise as we very close to the Crown pub and nearly above Oscars restaurant. We didn’t eat out locally at all, deciding to food shop across the road at the supermarket. The buses were nearly always full going out of town so it’s best to go nearer to the centre to catch them. Would recommend the apartment, great sun filled balcony and lovely hosts. Just need a few more bits the make it five stars which Gaston says he’s going to implement.

Super location, all mod cons, fab complex and great service throughout!

A lovely property and very easy booking with Gema... Thank you. Gaston was on hand to introduce the flat to us and could not have been more courteous and helpful. The rooms and terrace are all of a good size, well maintained and very clean and modern. A perfect spot if you want to keep just outside the busy main resort centre, but only a10 to 15 min walk into the centre. Lots of little parks nearby and in the resort which is great for us with young children. The pool is lovely. A great size with an additional childrens pool and play area for young kiddies. The pool bar is friendly with decent food and drink and the resident owners in the complex are very friendly and helpful too. Overall a great property in a good location. We'd definitely stay here again. Many thanks Gema and Gaston.

A great stay in a lovely apartment, located on a fabulous complex.

We stayed here in October and had a fabulous holiday. Friendly, spotlessly clean and every facility you could require for your holiday. The Coronas complex is superb. The only down side is that there is a bit of noise, very early in the morning from the hotel next door. You will have to close the window (double glazed) if you don't want to be disturbed. We would stay here again without any hesitation.

Nice Apartment and site

We were very impressed with the apartment, especially the small details like pool towels, books and games. The pool is very nice and never got too busy. The location is excellent with easy access to the sea front and to local restaurants. We were met at the agreed time and given all the info we needed. The only drawback is that the apartment is very noisy at night as the main bedroom is close to the hotel service area as well as the usual street noise. In spite of this we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend the apartment.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped

The apartment was really nice, decorated and equipped to a high standard. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and we did not arrive until midnight, but Gaston was on hand to show us around the apartment which was very much appreciated. The pool is a good size, and there are two other pools for toddlers and children. The pool bar is excellent and not over priced. There's a lovely walk along the coastal path into the main centre. The supermarket is just across there ad, along with a few bars and restaurants. We (two adults and one 7 year old) had a lovely time and cannot speak highly enough of the apartment or the help from Gemma and Gaston. The pool is a bit chilly.... 23 degrees.... So bring your thermal swimming trunks😀
