Sehr schmutzige Räume /teilweise defekte Geräte/privater Gastgeber nur mit Vornamen bekannt und Whatsup erreichbar /ohne weiteren Service/Sands Beach Resort Appartament No.41 -Abtl. SOL mit Lage und Zugang Nordseite /Terrasse ohne Sonne im Winter / kalte Räume/Zuschnitt der Wohnung wäre sehr gut/ aufgrund des Zustandes nicht vermietbar .Totalausfall !

We rented 2 villas from the same owner/manager. This one was bigger than the other and in a better plaza. The overall property was a bit tired looking but can see the owner was renovating one so assuming this one will be too. The negatives… not enough kitchen utensils for self catering, no chairs outside for the table so had to use dining chairs. That’s literally all we could pick fault at. It’s in a perfect spot on the plaza, beds were ok (cheap and cheerful), was a great base for an amazing week in Lanzarote. We would definitely stay again. Once this villa has been renovated it will be phenomenal.

Das Zimmer war zum Check in nicht bereit also noch nicht mal angefangen sauber zu machen. Die Möbel sind alle sehr alt und den Geruch konnten wir nur mit Räucherstäbchen überdecken. Die Betten auch alg und total unbequem Das einzige was an der Unterkunft gut war das ist die ruhige Lage.

Die Beschreibung, das sich das Appartement in der Anlage Sands Beach befindet, fehlt leider, dass hätte die Suche vereinfacht. Geschirr in der Küche war nicht ordentlich gespült, Tassen hatten noch Kaffeereste, Pfannen und Töpfe waren noch verschmutzt. In der Schublade im Schrank klebte noch ein Bonbon das in der Hitze zerlaufen war. Die weiße Farbe an den Dachfenstern blättert so nach und nach ab und fällt zu Boden. Die Anlage selber ist schön und wird gut gepflegt.
