Relax, make yourself at home. Listen to the waves crashing on the shore. Watch the tuis chase each other around the trees or the fantails flitting about after bugs. Enjoy the vineyards and bike trails, take a short stroll to the beach and then chill on the deck. Just 20 mins drive from Napier and 15 mins from Havelock North and Hastings. We have a very friendly cat, Revvy, who will come for a cuddle if you're very lucky. He comes with the property and guests are required to ensure he has access to the catflap and to keep his food bowl topped up with water.
The space
Entranceway with cavity slider door, a great room for dogs to sleep. Open plan living room, kitchen and dining room. There is a log burner in the lounge and firewood will be provided in the winter months. A wall heater heats the second bedroom and there is a heater stored in the laundry. There is a fan in the main bedroom and a free-standing fan is available for the second bedroom. Brightly-tiled bathroom with shower and large bath, enjoy heated tiles in the cooler months. The main bedroom has a King size bed with built in wardrobe and space down one side for a portacot. The second bedroom has a single bed with a trundle which will be rolled out and set up. There is plenty of hanging space and shelves. A large deck looks over the back garden and there is a BBQ which you are welcome to use. The washing machine is in the sleepout. The bed in the sleepout is not available for guests at the moment.
Other things to note
Please do not allow children to go in the woodshed behind the garage, it is not safe for exploring.
