My cousin and I had the best time at this hotel, they really went above and beyond in every way. The location is superb; we found it very easy to walk or get to various landmarks and various tour operators are based a 5 min walk from the hotel, and the area feels very safe. The breakfast is perfect: a broad selection which includes local food and we thought it offered more variety than the standard continental breakfast you get at other hotels. The staff were always extremely helpful and lovely. The room and facilities were great and the rooftop bar was a lovely place to relax. I honestly could not fault anything and had a very comfortable and happy stay there. The icing on the cake was that I had my birthday during my stay and the hotel arranged a surprise for me which was so so lovely of them, I will always remember and cherish that. If I visit Tbilisi again I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Great property. Excellent, professional, helpful staff. In old town, easy walk to anything of interest. If you want to stay in the historic area, you can't do better that this hotel. Breakfast is nice but overpriced.

A week in Tbilissi

Always good to go to the Mercure. Close to the old town and amenities. It has the restaurant and the roof top. Would like the gym to open earlier than 0700 to accommodate before going to work. Good breakfast.

The staff was great! The location was excellent and it also had a very nice parking lot next to the property. Breakfast was really good too, with a variety of food. The rooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

The steakhouse was really good and accommodating. The breakfast was too expensive for what you got, so I never tried it. The Bar on the roof looked nice, seemed to have a good vibe. The location was great! The only reason I gave the area outside a lower review was because of road work right out front. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Great hotel in a great location. Two issues - wifi doesn’t work at all in room 303 which isn’t great for a business trip. Breakfast was poor, the animal carcasses on display during breakfast aren’t nice either. Should have breakfast on the brilliant terrace!
