Not many options in Chisago, but this no longer an option. Air handler is loud and kept me up most of the night. Staff was not very helpful. It’s only 3am now so I can’t speak to the breakfast.

I booked this room online, when i got to the hotel they overcharged me, spoke to the manager and he stated they would refund me. They never did. They are foreigners running a scam. They are being reported.

Staff was rude on the phone and when I arrived. Literally threw the pen in the cup that was next to me instead of simply handing it to me. When I didn't hear something he said he yelled the rest of the time Customer service is dead at this hotel.

Room wasn't ready when I arrived 30 minutes past the 3 p.m. checkin but not a big deal until the room you are givin has a bunch of mold all spotted all over the ceiling of the room. The TV wasn't working properly either and there was a very large area on the floor that was crusted as if someone spilled a bunch of glue. Got switched to another room that was much better from what I could see and the TV worked. However, while staying in that new room the second night I could hear rattling at my door as if someone was trying to breakin. Opened the door to find the manager and front desk worker sitting there with a tool trying to get into the room. The manager questioned me as to why i was in there. At that point I went off on them and ripped them a new one as I am a disabled vet with ptsd and high anxiety. The worker that moved me the first day didn't update the room roster so lack of communication is what caused this issue. Definitely not staying here again.

I have stayed here multiple times staff is always kind and respectful the room is always clean, the only thing that bothers me is the hot tub needs to be drained cleaned and repainted but other than that I've always had a wonderful stay there and been treated with the utmost respect

Called in at approximately 1:30pm asked if we could check in early due to time constraints for a sporting event was told yes any time is fine. Came in 3 hours later and past normal check in time front desk gave me keys for room 216 and when we got to room found housekeeper in room she tried to get us another room that was already clean but supposedly there were none available so we sat in the second floor hallway for 20-30 minutes. It was not because of the housekeeper she tried to help.

We were there for a wedding so numerous rooms were booked. AC didn't work in the first room. No shower curtain in a couple of the rooms. Rooms were not ready at check-in time. Maybe more staff would be beneficial.

Look Elsewhere

This place is a dump - full stop. The towels are filthy, stained, see-through in spots, and should have been tossed out years ago. The sheets, the floors, the counter tops - filthy. The property is simply not maintained; the positive reviews are dubious at best. I am deleting my account after this review - I will never use this service again. My only hope here is that I save someone else from the horrid experience my family and I endured.

We arrived on a Saturday and were given a room. When we got to the room we noticed what looked like lipstick and maskara on the drapes. We were given a new room We dropped off our luggage and met our family. When we returned we found that the room we got had an unasable phone and the toilet was not bolted down on one side. Too late to change but were given a different foom that only had a wet floor after a heavy rain. Still waiting to see about some sort of compensation for having to move two different times. Not good experience but they had no problem with moving us. The breakfast is very poor.
