Enjoy private access to Farren Lake, a serene, crystal-clear lake in Eastern Ontario. Spend your days: Swimming, Fishing for bass and pike, Kayaking or canoeing.

Extremely friendly and helpful owner who went above and beyond making our stay perfect. Was a great cottage vacay with beautiful lakeside access and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway into nature.Pool was very clean and perfect for the hot summer days. We also had our dogs with us which in discussing with the owner he was very accommodating in ensuring our entire family had a great stay.

The place in general is good. But it do not face a lake or has no view on the lake as described. To go on the lake, you have to cross the road and walk in the woods for 2 minutes. It is not far but this is not aside the lake as we can believed and described in the ad. To make kayak or paddle boat you have to rent it which for the price we pay should be included. One of the star goes to the person who does maintenance and reception, he is so gentle and want to make sure that we have everything needed. The chalet is pretty clean and has all the tools needed to have a good stay. I would not recommand if you are looking for a place front to a lake. It is suitable to be quiet in the woods. It does not worth the price compared to real places facing a lake.
