Townhouse Aqua-Maris is a stylish 6-bedroom holiday home in the heart of Tavira, just steps from the river and close to the beach. Recently renovated, it offers two floors and a panoramic rooftop terrace, perfect for family or group holidays.



The house has 6 bedrooms: 3 with double beds, 2 with twin beds, and 1 with a single bed. There are 4 bathrooms with showers (2 en-suite).



On the first floor, you’ll find 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), a twin room, and another bathroom. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the living/dining area with access to a balcony overlooking Tavira’s charming old town. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room/kitchen, and TV with national and international channels are included. A laundry room with washer is also on this floor.



Upstairs, there’s 1 double en-suite, 1 twin, 1 single room, and another bathroom. The rooftop terrace features a barbecue, ceramic hob, fridge, sink, table and chairs, parasol, and stunning city views – ideal for outdoor dining.



Located near Tavira Castle and the Gilão River, where you can catch a ferry to Tavira Island. The beautiful beaches of Terra Estreita, Barril, and Ilha de Tavira are also within easy reach.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests.

The 11th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
