Nice spacious apartment. Very clean apart from some used cleaning cloths left behind by cleaner/previous tenant. The view from the apartment wasn’t quite what we expected from the listing and the surrounding area of the apartment could do with some maintenance but I understand from other residents that this is an ongoing issue. The terrace doors don’t lock which was a concern for us especially as there is no safe in the property. The final issue was the hairdryer as it was fairly ineffective which was an issue for 2 female travellers! The external air con unit was extremely noisy and the unit in the twin room showed an error message so not sure if this is linked with the noise from the air con main unit. These comments are hopefully constructive and did not mar our enjoyment of our stay in Tavira. Overall a very comfortable stay with comfortable beds, plenty of bed linen and towels and a well equipped kitchen. The terrace gets the sun in the late afternoon/evening which was a lovely bonus! Special mention to the rental agent Lorraine who was a pleasure to communicate with so thank you
