casa pulita ed in ottime condizioni

La casa proprio di fronte al mare è mantenuta molto bene dal proprietario. Francesco è una persona squisita, sempre disponibile per mettere a suo agio l' ospite. Un posto da frequentare in qualsiasi periodo dell' anno.

Bella, pulitissima, pratica ed accogliente...c'è tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza senza pensieri

La casa, bella e pratica, è in un posto perfetto! Davanti c'è il mare a pochissimi passi: esci di casa in costume e ti tuffi in un mare dai colori che sembrano dipinti ... c'è solo da ricordarsi di mettere le scarpette da scoglio e la maschera. Dietro la casa già trovi il paese di Mancaversa con tutto ciò che può servire: noi ci siamo preparati delle cene a base di pesce freschissimo e altri prodotti locali che ci siamo gustati sulla veranda di casa davanti al mare guardando le luci dei pescherecci lontani, ascoltando le onde infrangere sugli scogli e osservando miliardi di stelle. I posti da visitare sono tantissimi e tutti raggiungibili in meno di un'ora. Ma senza allontanarsi, a dieci minuti di macchina ci sono spiagge con sabbia bianca e mare cristallino. Punta Pizzo è semplicemente meravigliosa ed il ristorante sulla spiaggia del Lido Pizzo è perfetto per una cena romantica. Infine vogliamo dedicare un apprezzamento speciale a Francesco, proprietario di casa e grande conoscitore del Salento. Persona discreta ma sempre disponibile e presente per qualsiasi nostra richiesta anche fosse un consiglio su dove andare a cenare in qualsiasi posto ci trovassimo o quali spiagge raggiungere a seconda del vento. Quando siamo arrivati ci ha fatto la sua "lezione" di consigli con tanto di mappa del Salento che abbiamo sfruttato per pianificare le nostre giornate in modo perfetto. Unica nota negativa: una gran tristezza nel partire!!!!

agreable sejour et reposant ..j ai adoré la maison est face à la mer .

Nous avons passées un agréable et reposant sejour . De plus la maison est face à la mer..grand atout pouvant déjeuner, dîner et souper en écoutant les vagues de la mer ...et en plus nous avons eu du bon temps . La maison est très bien entretenue..rien à redire . La maison est super bien équipée et la propreté est irréprochable. La maison est complète et nous avons un confort inimaginable. La maison est dans une zone tranquille. A 100 m , IL y a une épicerie, des restaurants et des pizzeria. Vous pouvez faire vos courses à pieds. Points idéale pour visiter Salento. Le propriétaire est un monsieur très sympathique et très soucieux du confort de ses hôtes . L hospitalité et la disponibilité du propriétaire est très appréciable . Un grand merci . A conseiller à 200 %.

Een heerlijke familiehuis aan het strand,

Gedurende de winterdagen tussen Kerst en Nieuwjaar hebben we met onze kinderen een fijne tijd gehad in het huis van Francesco Amico in Mancaversa, een klein vakantiedorp onder Gallipoli, aan de binnenkant van de hak van Italie. Het huis bood alle gewenste comfort en is heel erg goed onderhouden. Het feit dat het direct aan de zee ligt maakte dat onze ultieme wens in vervulling ging. En wat een prettige gastheer was daar om ons te verwelkomen en vertrouwen te geven dat we ons nergens zorgen over hoefden te maken.

perfekt zum entspannen!

wir durften ende april in dieses schöne haus einziehen und verbrachten eine wunderbare woche direkt am meer. im haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht - direkt um die ecke ist ein kleiner laden für die wichtigsten sachen die man so im alltag benötigt und das restaurant auch direkt um die ecke war so lecker das wir kaum selbst gekocht haben. danke viel mals francessco - wir hatten eine super zeit - deine hilfsbereitschaft und die vielen tipps haben diese tage noch besser gemacht! liebe grüsse aus der schweiz, maya

Toller Ausblick; Vermieter freundlich und zuverlässig

Wir waren Ende Oktober in der Wohnung. Für meinen Geschmack ist es zu dieser Jahreszeit in der Wohnung bereits etwas zu feucht-kalt. Aber ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass es ein perfektes Appartement für einen Sommer-Strand-Urlaub ist. Die Alarmanlage war nervig, der Ausblick von der Terrasse toll. Francesco ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

Maison de bord de mer tres agreable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien entretenue, parfaitement équipée et le propriétaire est très soucieux du confort de ses hôtes. Très bonne situation : directement sur la mer, au calme, une épicerie et une pizzeria à deux pas.
