Not 4 bedrooms

Unit was clean, but not as advertised. Had only 2 bedrooms and the third was not accessible. There wasn't a 4th bedroom. Failures of equipment started the first week with the main heat failing, although fixed quickly. The clothes washer failed, but replaced quickly. The downstairs toilet started to leak, fixed quickly again. Ended up not using the downstairs shower as the boiler didn't provide enough hot water to shower completely. Showers are tiny, about 24 inches square. Upstairs shower was adequate, but again tiny and you needed to be quick before the hot water ran out. Black mold started to appear in one of the bedrooms and the upstairs shower area. Bathrooms didn't have there own heat, and so were cold. This isn't an issue during the main warm season. Property contact was listed incorrectly. The unit changed owners and the listing still shows the old contacts. I contacted VRBO with some concerns but never heard back. Other small items cropped up but didn't deter from the stay.

It was a fabulous and easy stay great area

We had a easy and good stay, a big and airy property loved the balcony upstairs great for the outdoor dinning , we cooked inside the main kitchen and out up on the BBQ it was really good . The only thing I would say is that because we come from overseas there was no cleaning products. only the basics needed to get us going we had to buy everything from the local supermarket which was ok but a little kitchen soap and sponge would have been good Thanks for the stay

Endlich Auszeit...

Kurzum, alles perfekt.Wir hatten bei der Anreise Probleme und es wurde spät für den Check in, alles kein Problem.Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Ferien konnten beginnen.Alles sauber, neu und gut ausgestattet.Die Küche ist voll ausgerüstet und mann kann darin gut kochen. Zimmer, Klima, Bäder, alles neu, sauber und funktional.Wir hatten unsere Hundedame und zwei Katzen dabei, uch kein Problem.Ich danke hier dem Simone für die tolle Betreuung und kann es als geheimtip nur empfehlenGruss Oliver und Sonia

La casa rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione ma soprattutto la vicinanza al mare. Anche se ci sono scogli fare il bagno , muniti di scarpette da scoglio, e accessibile con tranquillità. Vincenzo una persona gentilissima e cordiale. Consiglio vivamente e ci ritornerei volentieri.

Vacanza fantastica, posto strategico perché riesci a raggiungere i vari punti di interesse in poco tempo, comprese le spiagge o sennò senza fare strada puoi solo scendere al mare nella spiaggia di Mancaversa; o nella parte scogliera.Host gentilissimo molto disponibile, Vincenzo ci ha dato delle dritte per quanto riguarda le spiagge.

Siamo stati in questa casa le prime 2 settimane di luglio: siamo stati benissimo. Punto di forza la vicinanza al mare, il barbecue sul tetto ed il garage. Casa accogliente e molto pratica. Il propietario, Vincenzo, molto gentile e professionale, è sempre stato presente e risolutivo. Un grande grazie anche al Papà, una persona straordinaria, sempre sorridente e disponibile (una vera ospitalità, omaggiandoci delle uova delle sue galline: sublimi :-)). Consigliato.

Conforme a la description - je recommande

Nous y étions du 14 au 24 septembre 2022 - la maison est conforme à la description et aux photos du site. En cette période l'endroit était tranquille car pratiquement plus personne à part les locaux. Seule petite remarque pour les personnes avec des enfants en bas âge, l'accès à la mer au bout de la rue c'est des rochers et difficile d'accéder à l'eau, par contre a moins de 200m il y a de petites plages faciles d'accès . Il y a de très belles plages de sable blanc à proximité, si on a une voiture pour y aller. Je recommande cette location et précise que le propriétaire était très dispo et arrangeant.

Casa che merita per la grandezza, comoda per andare al mare,unico neo la vicinanza alla strada con un po' di traffico noi abbiamo soggiornato fine giugno poco traffico (di notte) ma in agosto ???? Mare con spiaggia da favola (sabbia)a 5min. di macchina Tirando le somme tutto bene (Vincenzo ci ha spiegato tutto bene e molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta)

Bella casa vicino al mare

La casa è bella e spaziosa (eravamo in sette e ci siamo stati benissimo) ed è davvero a 30 metri dal mare, in posizione ottima per visitare le meraviglie del Salento. Un po' rumorosa in alcune ore per la vicinanza della strada principale, ma i pro superano di gran lunga questo piccolo disagio.
