Staff were friendly. Rooms were very tidy and quiet. We stayed at the Quest at the Mount last year and thought we had booked there but when we turned up we found out it was the wrong place. An unfortunate hiccup. Don’t know how it happened.

Debdie the receptionist was very welcoming, helpful and obliging. Room was spotless, bed comfortable. Only issue was car parking they have 40 rooms but only 11 car parking spaces so had to park on the street.

Unfortunately room 101 is above reception and the sound from the automatic sliding glass door in reception resonates up to the room which is not good when it is used after hours.
