The staff were extremely helpful as we locked out keys in our car, so allowed us to use a downstairs unit while waiting for a locksmith to come this made our departure less stressful as it was pouring down with rain as well Thank you Twin Peaks hope to visit again Cheers Dot & Mike

Basic room but sufficent for only the 1 night we were there. Neigbouring bar/pub was noisy but it was Friday night. Floor was sticky, we think more so from the cleaning product that had been used rather than something that had been spilt. Staff were good, ringing us and advising about the key pick up for our late arrival.

It was reasonable for the price. Spacious unit, big twin bedroom. Comfortable beds. Some fittings are a bit tired, e.g bathroom towel rails.

Twin Peaks Lakeside Inn is in a good location with water views of the lake. The Mangaers were pleasant and delt with a couple of issues obligingly and quickly. The cleanliness of the room could of been better as all table surfaces were dirty. Shower is quite high up off the ground so would be difficult for elderly to get in an out of safely as there are no handles to hold on to. The shower base was also extremely slippery. There is also laundry facility which is free to use.

A little tired in room appearance but still comfortable...Great that a pub/Restaurant is located at the front of the property and lake across the road. On the negatives, was a shame that the bin hadn't been emptied, tea / coffee area was a little low and was awoken to argumentative neighbors around 11.30pm. Minor things that I'm sure can be rectified.
