Under renovation but very quiet. Our room was renovated and very nice. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. The continental breakfast was great. Very quiet and very clean. Will definitely stay again.

The Staff deserve praise, they are polite, courteous and thoughtful. it's located in walking distance to shopping and restaurants, clean, and quiet. what more can you really ask for in a small town?

Met our needs, mostly

I slept wonderfully in my comfortable bed. My daughter slept well in her bed too. Things to consider - Adding gluten free options at breakfast. It did not seem safe to eat without cross contamination. It seemed like there were some long term residents staying at the hotel. Did not affect our stay. The parking lot was odd in that you drove in 1 direction, regardless of which side of the building - the direction was front to back. The parking was tight, but we found a spot. Noticed some fun games available beyond the parking lot, but it seemed a little sketchy. Perhaps it is more inviting in the daylight. They seemed to be trying to keep it clean. I think I chose to overlook a few things in our room as I was tired. This was a short night for us in our journey. I slept well. Love Comfort Inn beds.

Housekeeping needs improvement. Floor in the rooms wasn't cleaned properly. The coffee machine isn't clean, water tank of the coffee machine in the room wasn't clean. Appreciate the front desk team for changing the room but the floor in that too had some areas that wasn't clean.

When we got there the electricity was off...so no lights..no ice.. No refrigerator and cold in the room..surprised they didnt have a generator..they did have a small lantern you could use but after a full day of driving it certainly wasnt a good restful experience..and they didnt even offer a discount of any kind

We lost power and room is black with no emergency lights anywhere. Little sensor lights in the bathroom would be nice to see. Also a back up plus would be nice to make sure devices are charged.
