The Unique Hotel was on the lower end of a modern hotel stay, but still had many good points. They were polite and helpful at check in, and the room was as described. But they were clever with their photos and descriptions. There was no natural light as the room looked out onto the hallway, which also meant if you wanted privacy you had to have the curtains completely closed. The aircon was loud - it really need replaced or at the very least serviced and cleaned. The breakfast was quite disappointing, with limited selection and all of it was cold - even those in the hot trays. I used the restaurant in the evening, and the selection was good but the waitress wasn't paying any attention so everything took longer than it should. I also got the wrong order, but as nobody spoke English I couldn't be bothered complaining with my limited Russian. Location was good for me as I was driving, but wouldnt recommend for tourists as it was quite out of the way.

I arrived to hotel , Reception informed me that they have lost their login and password for hotels.com . That’s why they could not update their room. They did not have available room. At 2 am I was looking for hotels 😡😡😡
