Everything was great! Wonderful staff, service. Nice, safe neighborhood. Restaurant has an amazing view of city. Holtel’s landscaping is very beautiful!! Would highly recommend. It’s rustic, comfortable and pretty!

Las camas están muy cómodas. El hotel tiene cierto prestigio en la ciudad y está bien ubicado, pero se nota muchísimo la falta de mantenimiento, sobre todo en los baños. El baño en general es grande, pero la regadera es súper pequeña, casi no sale agua y el shampoo, acondicionador y jabón que ponen son pésimos, nos causaron un brote de dermatitis atópica. Otro aspecto es que las cortinas no cierran del todo y eso puede causar algo de incomodidad para vestirse y desvestirse en la recámara

Flowering oasis

Our stay was excellent, the staff was very friendly and attentive. It was an oasis in a big city filled with native plants and flowers that were breathtaking. An authentic setting and accommodation for those interested in a relaxed, culture infused stay!

Love the view and scenery. Unfortunately when you chose a colonial or older hotel sometimes warm water is a issue, and it was. I also don't like finding long woman hair on my bed or pillow case. Fabulous gardens & view overlooking Morelia's historic center with the beautiful Cathedral & the park with the zoo. Located on a hill in a great part of town. We took a taxi down to join the enthusiastic crowds for the night of Sept 15th's EL GRITO! Viva Mexico!
