Mencionada en The Times UK de junio 2022 y octubre 2021 como "una de las mejores casas vacacionales en toda Andalusia" y también en la revista Arquitectural Digest España de julio 2022 y junio 2020 como una de las casas mas lujosas de alquiler en Andalucia, Villa Alta Vista es una casa impresionante de estilo andaluz ubicada en la colina de la Urbanización de Atlanterra, Zahara de los Atunes y ofrece vistas magnificas al Atlántico y a solo cinco minutos a pie de la playa.

Reformada al mas alto nivel, la casa está equipada con aire acondicionado y calefacción central por toda la casa y ofrece mucho espacio, luz y vistas increíbles al mar. Cuenta además con una área de piscina de lujo con piscina exterior climatizada y jacuzzi para 12 personas con vistas al mar impresionantes. Esta magnifica casa está distribuida en tres plantas con 5 dormitorios dobles y 4 baños con ducha termostática. Toda la casa tiene acceso a WIFI y todas las habitaciones y sala de estar tienen televisión internacional con programación independiente. Para su entretanamiento, hay mesa de ping-pong, juegos de mesa, jardín privado, barbacoa, ducha al aire libre y sistema Sonos. La casa tambien esta equipada con cuarto de lavar con una lavadora y secadora por separado y area para colgar delicados, Se suministra toallas de baño, sabanas, y secadoras de pelo, y para su comodidad total, también guardamos en casa productos de limpieza, artículos de baño, detergente de lavado, especias/artículos de despensa y artículos de playa. No le falta ningún detalle.

Por favor notar que máxima capacidad es 12 personas (incluyendo niños pequeños). No se permite fumar, tener fiestas o tener mascota en casa. La casa esta registrada con la Junta de Turismos de Andalucía y gestionada por una agencia inmobiliaria en Zahara de los Atunes.

Distribución de casa:

La planta superior es el área principal de dormitorios de la casa y consta de 3 dormitorios dobles; la habitación principal tiene una cama súper King y futon sencillo para dormir una persona adicional y tiene baño en suite con ducha termostática de lluvia. Hay dos dormitorios dobles más; dormitorio 2 que contiene 3 camas individuales, y dormitorio 3 que contiene una cama King. Estas dos habitaciones comparten un cuarto de baño con cabina de ducha de lluvia termostático y tocador doble. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y calefacción central, armarios empotrados y gran capacidad de almacenamiento e instalaciones colgantes. Todas las habitaciones de la planta superior conducen también a una amplia terraza con vistas a la playa y piscina y tiene tumbonas para disfrutar del sol o practicar yoga a vistas magnificas.

En la planta principal se encuentra dormitorio 4 con cama King y cuna de bebe. Esta habitación también tiene baño en suite con ducha termostática y tocador doble. La planta principal también ofrece un gran salón comedor para 12, amplia cocina moderna con comedor para 6 y aseo para visitantes. Desde la cocina y la sala de estar también se conduce a otra terraza grande con vistas a la piscina y al mar. Esta terraza contiene un juego de comedor para 12 para disfrutar de comidas al aire libre o para tomarse unas copas entre amigos y disfrutar de las vistas al atardecer.

La planta baja es como un apartamento independiente, ideal para jóvenes o para huéspedes que buscan estar un poco separados del resto de la familia. Este apartamento ofrece un dormitorio con cama doble, cocina totalmente equipada y un baño con ducha termostática. La cocina lleva directamente a la area de piscina/jacuzzi y a la terraza de la planta baja con barbacoa, lo cual es un perfecto entretenimiento al aire libre.

Villa Alta Vista está profesionalmente gestionada por una agencia inmobiliaria en Zahara para asegurar que nuestros huéspedes tengan a alguien local para servirles en cualquier momento. Ellos se encargan de atenderlos a la llegada, durante su estadía y a la salida para asegurar que tengan una vacaciones relajantes y bellas.

Lovely, well equipped villa

We very much enjoyed our two weeks in this delightful property. The location is excellent with wonderful views overlooking the Atlantic.it Is also within 5 minutes walk of the main beach and a five minute drive to the restaurants in zahara. There are also some very nice bars and restaurants in the near vicinity.

Family Celebration

The property is gorgeous and so well stocked with absolutely everything you need. The communication from the property management was very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely multi-generational vacation. The city is beautiful and offers lovely restaurants and bars. Highly recommend the property!

Alta Vista was the most spectacular house! Nanette was an amazing host-she even arranged the most delicious dinner for us with a local chef from 21 Restaurant. Would highly recommend this property. Great, responsive host, great location and the best view I have ever seen!! Would definitely stay here again!

Friends/family vacation

Excellent location within walking distance to beach. Villa was very thoughtfully stocked with all necessities for short and long stays (toiletries, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils and basic cooking provisions, beach equipment, etc.). Nanette the host was very easy to reach and quick to resolve issues. A perfect holiday home that we would love to return to!

Great stay

We had a long weekend here to celebrate 40th birthdays. We had a great time. The property was fantastic, the beach is great, and there are a couple of nearby shops for essentials. Nanette and Joke (the agent) were fantastically helpful and always checked in with us to make sure things are how they should have been. Features and spec of the house are great and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone considering the property.

Excellent in all respects

This was a family event/vacation for eleven people ranging in age from 3 to 77 from different places in Europe and North America. The lovely villa was ideal with pools and beach nearby. It was beautifully equipped with everything for meals and games, etc for children. Our host, Nanette could not have been more helpful or gracious.

Beautiful house with awesome equipment

We were a group of ten (6 adults and 4 kids) and had an amazing time. The precommunication and check-in were very well organized. There was so much cool equpment for the kids to play with (board games, pool and beach toys and even normal toys) and so many places to chill out with an incredible view for the adults. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay

Where do I start? We had such an amazing stay! The view is unbeatable from the terrace on every floor. The pool is a perfect temperature and the jacuzzi so relaxing. The villa has everything for everyone- games room, yoga mats umbrellas, beach chairs- because the beach is just a few mins walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped- all adds up to a relaxing stay . Thank you!

Best villa we’ve ever stayed in

I knew the villa was going to be amazing, having read all the reviews, but it really IS amazing! Nanette was so helpful at every point, even organising a last-minute drop-off meal for our event from the local restaurant. The villa was immaculate, and was very well equipped. The hot-tub was such a bonus as we had 3 young children (3,4,6) who treated it like a baby pool. I would recommend to anyone.

Exceeded expectations!

Nanette's home far exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful inside and outside. While we spent the majority of our time enjoying the yard, the interior details including the shower and kitchen were amazing. Nanette and Joke were also incredibly helpful. They helped us with dinner recommendations, planning a sailing trip, and coordinating a welcome basket delivery. They were awesome and made our trip extra special. Would highly recommend this property, thank you Nanette and Joke!!

Exceeded expectations

Our family included 12 people from ages 6 to 82 and it was the perfect location for all of us. The layout of the house was wonderful and the view was spectacular. The details provided for our comfort was beyond our expectations. Nanette was amazing in communicating with us right from the beginning and until our departure. She gave us valuable assistance with restaurant suggestions and reservations as well as any information we wanted about the community. We would be delighted to return there again in the future.

Great property in a wonderful area

We stayed in this house with our 4 adult children, just prior to the beginning of Spanish summer high season. We loved everything about the property; the views, the pool, the kitchen, did I mention the views?The one thing I would point out, especially for those with younger children, the climb down to the beach is not for the faint of heart. 267 steps, no railings, some of the stones are breaking away. It wasn't a problem for us, but it would have been when the kids were younger. The town of Zahara was "just right" for us. Despite a lot of modern development on the outskirts, the downtown has retained just the right mix of charm and convenience. Lots of great restaurants/cafes, cute shops, and a fantastic fish/veg/meat market.

Beautiful Place with overhelming Backdrop

I wanna thanks Nanette for the amaizing communication before, during and after our stay at this beautiful place. It was exactly as described. Very nice and clean rooms, lots of useful kitchen utensils, bathrooms equipped with shampoos and shower gel and a table tennis table that was a lot of fun in the group. We lacked nothing in this accommodation. This view, with this overwhelming backdrop, leaves nothing to be desired! We would love to come back again and again! We are looking forward to the next time! Spectacular Beach House for our Family Vacation

Alta Vista was perfect for our large family group. We were in awe of this house and its setting. The views are stunning and we won't soon forget the sunsets. The house comfortably accommodated all 12 of us. We especially appreciated the beautiful, large dining table and outside seating that allowed us to all dine together. This house was by far the best stocked home we ever rented. The owner, Nanette, thinks of everything and is incredibly responsive. She truly wanted us to have a good experience and we certainly did. Every other day we took day trips to places like Seville, Granada, Gibraltar, and Morocco but we so enjoyed our days at Alta Vista just relaxing by the pool, walking on the beach and hanging out at the local restaurants. We would love to return again!

Alta Vista is UNFORGETTABLE!

I don’t know where to begin to explain how magical and special a week we had at this gorgeous home. Special thank you to Nanette for being such a helpful and responsive host from beginning to after check out. The house has everything you need, so you can sit back and relax and take in the view. We were four adults and five children and there was lots to do for everyone! The view of the ocean from every room was breathtaking. There are a few restaurants and shops in walking distance, but the village with the majority of shops and restaurants is about 2 miles away and easy to drive or call taxi. Travelers should note that Zahara seemed to be a vacation spot primarily for Spanish residents -so not touristy at all. Which we enjoyed!! We hated leaving after a short week and look forward to returning to this one in a million spot.

This property and home is truly remarkable. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi overlooking the Spanish coastline. The beach is only 5 minutes away and is relaxing and beautiful. The home itself was updated and clean with multiple beds and bedrooms! We can easily see ourselves coming back with our children and family in the future. The town is very close but be mindful that this is not a typical tourist location, which is both good and bad. Practice your Spanish! There was some construction next door, and although it was completely out of her control, the owner and host went out of her way to ensure us the peaceful vacation time away from our busy lives! Her recommendations and suggestions led us to great food and an amazing adventure in Morocco as well! Hopeful to come back and stay for at least a week next time!

Yet again…..AMAZING!!!

This is our second time at this property and it still is the most amazing place to stay for all ages! We had such a rough start with our flights from Chicago, Nannette the owner was absolutely FANTASTIC helping us out. Once we got to the house every worry washed away with the beautiful views and the warm ocean breezes. House once again had EVERYTHING a family needed. We travelled with kids ages 7-14. Pool was perfect, the game room was top notch. Ping pong area was SO MUCH fun and well thought out. More than enough room where the kids were busy and adults enjoyed wine on the balcony. It was heaven. You can’t beat Zahara for location world class food, nice drives to Vejer, Gibraltar and more great historical towns. Can I give it a 10 star rating?

A Truly Amazing Villa Overlooking the Atlantic Straits

Nanette's Home, was better than the pictures, if that is possible!. We were in Spain for two and a half weeks and we purposefully made Tarifa our second to the last stop. After the heat of Madrid and Seville this was the perfect home to refresh and recharge for the rest of our journey through Spain. We had side trips planned but we couldn't leave. This was the more luxurious than we expected. The furnishings, finishes, and attention to detail was amazing. We divided our time between the pool and the beach. The grill next to the pool was where we gathered each evening, after a trip into town for fresh fish or steaks. Being able to have dinner on the patio overlooking the sea and enjoying the Sunset was not to be missed. We were an adult family of 8 with more than enough room for everyone to either gather of retreat. 4 full bathrooms and the many bedrooms on different levels allowed for privacy. Everything you could imagine you might need was provided. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Cool House

The house and the location is areally beautiful. Within minutes you are in the city and the access to the beach in is a good walking distance. There were three downsides regarding our stay. The not communicated construction side next door was awful… If you spend a lot of money for a week, travel across europe and you receive the information 2 days prior to your stay is not ok. The noise was on a level, which was not acceptable . Additonally when we arrived we went for a dive in the pool. Shortly after, some friends of mine cut theier feet, because there was everywhere shattered glas around the pool. From the kitchen down to the pool. So first things first, we cleaned for 1 hour straight until it was safe again. And the somehow the chlor in the whirpool discolored all of our swimsuits.

Beautiful villa with amazing views in great location

Everything was exceptional. The villa, the facilities, the location, the pool, the jacuzzi, the many toys for children, the pool and beach equipment even the gym weights, (that I promised to use but never did as so many other activities to do) every detail was thought about and provided. As an extended family with our 2 sons and their families (with 4 children 5 and under) Alta Vista was the ideal holiday destination. A walk down to the beach was just lovely and the beach bars were a perfect treat. The activities in the surrounding areas were second to none, from kite surfing to amazing horse riding for the grandchildren. Also the surrounding places to visit are certainly worthwhile. Verja de la Frontera is definitely worth a visit. Both Nanette (the owner) and Joke (the agent) were super communicative making sure we had everything we needed. Nanette even recommended restaurant 21 to provide an exceptional dinner for us all on the terrace of Alta Vista. A very memorable evening. There is a building site next door to the villa (who wouldn’t build a villa next door) but the builders are very understanding and it wasn’t disruptive to our enjoyment. I would highly recommend Alta Vista and hope to visit again one day.

Amazing!!

It was our first time in Spain 🇪🇸! We are from Illinois, USA. Wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Nannette the property owner was absolutely wonderful answering questions about things to do and see to where to eat in the area. Joke, the property manager was amazing person with ANY questions about the house. She was prompt with any issues and so incredibly sweet. Nannette also set us up with Ali from Restaurante 21 in town to come to the house and prepare food for us. It MAGICAL! The food simply out of this world!!!! Can’t recommend it enough. We also travelled with my 11 year old daughter, there were so many activities in the house to do for her, and place to explore. She even found a lemon tree on the property! She loved the many gardens and places to check out. Family ping-pong tournaments were also a laughter filled high light. The house was magnificent and comfortable. Pure luxury in Southern Spain. We had 7 people and felt absolutely comfortable, more than enough room. You will fall in love and not want to leave . I live in Illinois and am missing watching the sunsets while in the jacuzzi with a glass of nice cold Cava. Heaven!! A must book property!!!

Vacaciones con amigos

La casa esta super bien equipada para pasar unos días estupendos en familia o con amigos, imposible aburrirse. La localización es fantástica, se puede bajar en 5 min a la magnifica playa de Zahara y a 10 min andando se puede ir Playa de los alemanes. Muy recomendable.
